Lovely spot to stay prior to taking a cruise. Breakfast was on a seaside terrace, very comfortable room. We took a taxi to the ship although you could walk but it is a distance. We were able to leave our luggage until it was time to board the ship

You cannot see it right away. You enter the building address shared by others, go up a few steps, turn left, and you see a door in your left with the Name sticker to indicate you have arrived. Wished signage was bigger and at the front of the building somehow. If you do know what to expect ahead of time, this will not be an issue. The stay was well worth it 100 %.

This property has 4 rooms available for guests with common areas. Luckily, we were the only guests, one day prior, to our cruise next day. The facility was impeccably clean with strong air conditioning, an updated bathroom with hot water and a washing machine as well. Hosts were most hospitable & kind. We arrived and were immediately assisted with our luggage, and shown the property. There were baked goods, fruits, fresh juices & cereals at our disposal. We were asked about breakfast preferences next morning. Hot or Cold breakfast was available. The waterfront views were fantastic as we sat outside in the patio for breakfast. Our taxi was promptly arranged by the host and we could not have been happier with the stay. (Mind you this is based on our unique experience)

The close proximity to the cruise port. Beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The sleeping accommodations met the needs for the three of us.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good and the balcony had a great view while eating our breakfast. It was close to the water, train station and short ride to the cruise port. Room and bathroom were clean and more then adequate. We will stay there again if we come back!

Everything was just great....friendly staff, very nice breakfast with fresh croissants daily, good view. If we're ever in Civitavecchia again, we will stay at the Marina B&B.

The B&B was within walking distance of the train station and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful and they contacted me before my arrival with directions to their B&B. The view from the breakfast room was incredible and I loved that it was covered. The room was big and clean. I would definitely stay there, again!

This was so beautiful and convenient, right in the center of Civitavechia walking distance to cruise port shuttle. The place is very nice and cozy, the staff is beyond nice and helpful, the complementary breakfast was delicious, the owner herself is there making sure everything is good. Will recommend this place 100%

The location is perfect, the views from the terrace are stunning and I loved how comfortable the room was. With a nice spacious en suite bathroom. In the morning the breakfast was served on the terrace and the hosts were amazing! There was so many options and snacks and drinks in the fridge all included and free wifi!

I was informed that our room was for only one guest. On booking.com it says one room for 2 adults for $ which is the way I book all my hotel stays (never is there a price for one person that I have seen or needed). So we had to pay an extra 20 euro upon arrival. I tried two different ways to contact booking.com but never received a response. The other issue was so many stairs before getting to the elevator. But the staff was very helpful to bring our bags up and down. Our mattress could have been a bit more comfortable and the a/c was very cold for one side of the bed. We had to turn the a/c off eventually.

Germano showed us around the cute kitchen area where there were snacks and drinks for us to help ourselves to and the balcony where breakfast is served has a wonderful view.

Minor detail, but “sea side room” translates to you get a partial view of the sea when looking between buildings to the right.

A little difficult to find, but the Host came down and met us in the parking lot.

The location the atmosphere the staff everything was exceptional it was in walking distance to the cruise port it was a beautiful facility highly recommend.
