There is not one thing I can say about this property that I don’t like.

The staff is amazing! They were all so welcoming and personable. Gly at the front desk is absolutely lovely. After a seamless check in, she walked us to our room and informed us on all things in our room, and hotel facilities! She was very helpful throughout our stay with taxi’s, etc. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular. The bartender Kiko made the best cocktails and he was also so very welcoming. He really made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and pastries and the best pancakes eggs and crispy bacon. A beautiful start to the day. All the staff at breakfast was super attentive and made the best cappuccino and latte’s to order! Even the overnight staff was super attentive! I wish I give this hotel 10 stars. I was so taken by the incredible hospitality by the staff I almost forgot to mention that this boutique property is stunning! The rooms are breathtaking with beautiful architectural details and incredible high ceilings. The location is perfect. Wine stores, supermarkets, restaurants, attractions etc. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10! Oh! And there is an elevator! 10 out of 10!

Would have loved a bathtub, but that's just me and not a big deal. Would have liked soft feather pillows. Would have loved if the front desk was 24 hours and that the door didn't need a code at night.

Fantastic stay. The people at this hotel are incredible--Marco, George, the luggage person, and the front desk. Rooms are spacious and airy. Beds are comfortable. It is excellent bang for your buck! Highly recommend! Staff had cultural humility and were kind and accomodating.

Although there is access to a staff member 24 hours a day, the front desk isn’t really open. Also after 10 PM or so they close the front door and you have to come in with a code. I was actually going to change hotels because of this— I was afraid it was a safety hazard, however, after one night I realized I was wrong, reconsidered and stayed and I am so glad I did! Neither of our rooms had a bathtub, which personally our family likes, but the rain shower was excellent. I would love to have had bathrobes and feather pillows.

The people at this hotel, Marco, Giorgio (George—because this is more exotic ;)), the luggage handler are all wonderful helpful caring people. Upon arrival we were running VERY late and we dropped the bags and stepped into the Taxi that the front desk organized for us and actually made it to our tour! We stayed the first night in a triple room, which was clean and comfortable, by Italian standards was a pretty good size for 3 adults. We moved to a suite for the remainder of our of our stay, which was large and was a very good fit for our family. All the rooms have very high ceilings so even the smaller room felt OK. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had some special needs with concern to the Sabbath, and the hotel was familiar with the concept and were very helpful. We did not experience any antisemitism at this hotel. Small note if you are staying here for the Sabbath, many of the lights are on sensor and can be a problem, depending upon where your room is located. I forgot a few items at the hotel and Giorgio aka George organized everything to be shipped to the States and it was seamless and simple!! Bravo to the Terrace Pantheon Relais!! Great value, large rooms, and EXCEPTIONAL staff!! Ciao Ciao for now! Arrivederci!!

no complaints - staff really made me feel like giving the review 10/10

Staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, often checking that everything was ok at breakfast etc. Nice touches like free bottles of water on arrival and after breakfast. Location was ideal in a busy but relatively quiet side street not far from the Pantheon and a nice short walk to Trastevere and numerous good restaurants. Air con in the room was really good - dont set it too low though (the 22 Degrees C setting is cool enough - turned it on and off as required)

The location of the hotel is excellent within circa 450 mtrs of the Pantheon. Staff are wonderful. Room was small but sufficient and very comfortable. Roof top bar looks great but it was a bit early in the season for it to be open properly

First, the place is so close to almost everything. Metro is within walking distance. The staff.. Absolutely amazing! I had a reservation but only had stairs and I asked if I could be moved to a room with lift. Done in an instant. Staff shows they GENUINELY cares with their guests. Highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were in room 309 and it was very quiet. The staff are simply wonderful. From Marco greeting us in reception to the staff in the breakfast room. They couldn’t do enough for us. All with a happy smiling attitude too. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return.

it exceeded all our expectations! The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the wonderful sights and attractions of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly made our stay feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. But what truly stood out to us was the staff - they were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home and added a special touch to my overall experience.
