Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe wifi was not great which if you're a tourist shouldn't really be a problem. I needed to make a few video calls and found it to be unstable and not very strong.
Perfect location for whrn you have limited time in Florence as it is close to the station and close to all the attractions of this very beautiful city. I also appreciated that they offer single rooms for solo travelers.

United KingdomCurrently no safe in rooms however the reception were very accommodating and allowed us to use the office safe which gave us peace of mind. As a suggestion I would add tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms if possible just to add to the experience.
Central location 5 mins from central station as well. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar. The courtyard was quiet , a little oasis in a busy city. The breakfast was also good with a good choice of fresh food.

AustraliaAir conditioning didn’t work very well and there was a smell in the room - hard to say if from bathroom or air conditioning.
Rooftop with small bar was excellent and cooler than being down in the streets in hot nights in summer. Room a good size with nice, but basic bathroom. Shower might be hard to use for larger or for people with mobility issues. Breakfast has everything you need including coffee made by staff. Got a taxi from train station due to heat, but it’s easily within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Main market maybe 200m away and has heaps of food and shopping.
