Seemed to be in a good position of tourist areas plus local areas. Felt safe. The concierge was extremely nice helpful - his restaurant recommendations were great, and he helped me navigate where I needed to go on a map. AC worked very well.

We like Cantoria. That's why we were back there. We had to cancel our 2020 trip due to Covid, but are so pleased to do the trip this year.

Breakfast was so very good. They serve cereal and croissants, danishes, and amongst other things lovely cake all for breakfast with a delicious cuppacino. 10/10

A couple of minor details: the air condition (which I am grateful for) was quite loud. The shower only had a roof shower and no hose. A soap at the sink would have been good.

The room was convenient and was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and all the staff were polite, helpful and excellent in every way. We had good weather during our visit and therefore the terrace on the roof was fantastic to have a drink at in the evenings with a good view over the city and the surroundings. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the food market and a street full of restaurants and wine bars. If you are fine with a three star hotel, this is hard to beat. You will not be disappointed!

There is nothing to dislike.

The location was fantastic. Could walk to all areas of Florence. The rooftop bar was a nice place to relax and chill and watch the sunset after a long day sightseeing. Open until 11pm. Staff were friendly and always there if you needed them. Rooms were bright and adequate for what you need on a short stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

They wouldn't let me pay the city taxes on my credit card...so I had to run downstairs and hit the atm.

OMG, this hotel was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rooftop cocktails don't miss it! Breakfast was amazing!

We had a top room that got hot and the AC would work and then stop working. If you opened windows mosquitos would get in. Staff would try to fix it, but it would revert back to a malfunction.

Breakfast (fresh breads, fruit, hard boiled eggs, could order coffee) was great, and terrace with spritz after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was near train station and close to the sites. Close to convenience stores and the Mercato for a quick dinner.

The concierge was extremely helpful with suggestions for nearby restaurants and places to visit. He even took the time to show us everything on a paper map. Breakfasts were very good. Location was very good as well.

Excelent location. Very close to the train station. Very convinient for those who are arriving and leaving the city by train. Very close to the tourist attactions (walking distance). Many restaurants and supermakets around. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were leaving before the breakfast start and staff prepared a take away pack with croissants + water. Lovely terrace with a nice view of the city.

Just a tiny negative, the 'solo' socket in my room (505) was great but my friend's rooms had multi sockets. They found that these didn't fully take their adaptors which overlapped the middle bit and so struggled to charge their phones.

The location, the location ❤️ Close to everything. This hotel is a GEM! The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Their rooftop bar was a great place to end a long day of walking. Really felt like 5Star hotel.

Nothing about the hotel but the crowds made Florence tiring.

Room was new and super clean. Breakfast being included in the price was great. Lorenzo (reception) was exceptional - so, so helpful - especially when our train was canceled due to the train strike. A definite asset for the hotel .
