The only minor drawback was that the listing didn’t clarify that there are two separate locations, one with a pool and one without. Although the proximity to the beach made up for it, after a long journey, we were slightly disappointed. However, this feeling quickly faded during our stay!

La Casa di Spinosella is a stunning, newly-built two-bedroom apartment just a 2-minute drive from a gorgeous sandy beach. The modern and well-equipped space was immaculately clean, with a neutral yet stylish interior. The warm welcome from the host, along with a small local gift, made us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect for exploring the coast.

Enjoyable accommodation in a peaceful environment, perfect for families with children, very spacious, clean, we didn't miss anything. The large garden with a charming sea view was fantastic, and the pool was clean and well-maintained every day. The hosts were incredibly kind and willing to help/advice with anything we needed ... Consiglio vivamente!! ;-)

Loved how spacious and clean it was. Especially loved the pool. Lisa, super accommodating person. who checked us in. actually showed me the property and went over things that I should know. Very helpful. Each unit was situated to have privacy. Loved that.

This is an excellent place, with two group of apartments both of them have their own pool with warm salty water in them. The seafront beach La Ciaccia is 15 mins walk away. There's always at least a light breeze so even temperatures around 30 C are tolerable.

Everything was amazing, thesofa cama was very good, all sheets and towels are very good and soft! bathroom was clean, my kids loved the playground with trampoline, was very relax and fun to stay at La Casa de la Spinosella. Lisa and Roberta was fantastic! we had cherry tomatoes and some muffins at the house when we arrive. very cozy! we loved it

Super comfortable and big holiday flat with a huge terrace and garden furniture. The lawn behind the terrace is huge with playground facilities for the kids. The air condition works very fine and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed.

The place is surrounded by fields and beautiful hills, very close to the sea you can enjoy stunning sunsets (and sunrises too)! The apartments are spacious, clean and the furniture are curated in details. All apartments have a private patio with table chairs and sunbeds and access to the big common garden. There are also kids games and a trampoline we were with a small kid and it was perfect. Peaceful place where you can recharge your batteries 🙂 Close to the beautiful beach of la Ciaccia and minutes driving from the village! You can also walk there The owners are very welcoming and they left vegetables, artichokes and breakfast Highly recommended we loved it!!!

This is quite new Agrituristico, very well built and serviced. It has excellent location, easy to reach and easy to get to main beaches and attractions of the North Sardinia. You will enjoy breathtaking view from your terrace and tranquility of surroundings. We were welcomed with water, biscuits, drinks and local vegetables and even artichokes of great quality which was VERY nice. Having 2 children we had an apt with 2 bedrooms. The design, interior and equipment, all was great and new, beds and pillows were comfortable. We were given also umbrella for the beach and this was really a great support. I can't say that this place has many competitors around in terms of price/value ratio. Special thanks to Lisa, very hospital and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Swimming pool was important factor for choosing a place to stay for us. We stayed at Villa Adele and it's not close to the swimming pool. In order to use the swimming pool we had to drive for 10 minutes to the La Casa di Spinosella complex. The distance to the swimming pool should have been clearly stated in the offer.

The house was clean and comfortable for our 4 person family stay. The nearest beach was quick to reach with a car. Everything in the house was quite new, clean and provided good standard.
