The bathroom is separate from the room, but it is next door.

The location is wonderfull. There are more caffe bars and restaurants around. Mrs Savina is very nice host who gave us all needed informations we asked. Great for us who visit Biennale.

Savina was a perfect host, the room and bathroom were spacious, it was very helpful to have a fridge, aircon and wifi and the view was gorgeous, as was the location! Right next to the arsenale waterbus stop and my husband loved how close we were to both the arsenal and naval museum, along with being very close to the giardini and a lot of lovely restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Savina, given a map and some recommendations, had a lovely chat with her and were told to message if we needed anything, and the bottle of prosecco in the room definitely didn't go amiss! Wouldn't change a thing and will likely return :)

This accommodation is wonderful. The location was fantastic close to everything, including the bus taxi and main attractions. The host is friendly and helpful. Super clean room too.

A wonderful location - next to the Grand Canal, a few hundred meters from St. Mark's Square. Near the water bus stop. A very kind hostess: she communicates promptly, answered all questions, provided information about the objects we wanted to visit.

Great host and excellent location! Close to the city center but just one small bridge outside of the really touristy places. The host is very kind and has plenty of tips to avoid tourist traps.

Savina was so warm, lovely and helpful to us. She gave every information about Venezia and she was so pretty. We are so happy to stay there. Location was great, it has wonderful view from the window.

The room was clean and well equipped. The owner very friendly. The location is super close to the ferry station and about 10 minutes walk from S Marco square. We spent every evening in the Via Garibaldi (2 min from apartment) which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. We are coming back for sure.

The location is perfect for visiting the biennale. The Arsenale is just around the corner, the Giardini nearby. Nice balcony overlooking the garden. The owner was so helpful in rearranging my cancelled flight.

To recognize the building in the evening was a bit difficult when we checked in as there was not much light. Address and number and name of hotel was not very easy to find.

We loved the old building with lots of atmosphere and is located in a lovely peaceful area but also with restaurants and near the sea. Our room at the front had a beautiful view. The lady of the house was very nice and helpful. The external bathroom was a bit to get used to, but big and with lots of comfort.

We went for a short trip and this was a random choice, but it was wonderfull. It was amazing to stay in the historical house, yet accustomized for the modern people´s needs. The closiness to the port station and the historical center of the city was the bonus we didn´t dream of. The lady who is running the house was very nice, gave as every sort of advice before we came and kept in touch while waiting for our late arrival.

amazing location! lovely host, comfy bed - room was warm (March) good to be near the cheaper bars an restaurants. Check out the owners shop for beautiful handmade leather bags and books-hand mad ex by the hosts- they are actual Venetian artisans!

Great host! She was super friendly and gave great recommendations of favorite restaurants. The room and private bath were spacious and clean. The old building had a lot of character - I loved the old shutters on the large windows. Vaporetto stop is nearby and everything is walkable.

The place is off the tourist track so its pretty quite (no problem with the nearby vaporetto station) but the door is not sound proof so u can hear well the other room's guests when going to their bathroom in the morning.

Our host was flexible and practically quick when checking in and out. The room on the left facing to street where we stayed is nice and spacious and very light during all day thanks to its location in front of a canal ans small park and the 2 windows. Air con well working, there is a small fridge in room too and table with chairs. Complimentary good Coffee was provided. The bathroom is one step from the door and its very big, no problem with being separated from room.
