Lots to do in terms of waking the beautiful town, but you definitely should plan on renting a car for any day trips or excursions. A bit remote, but that also makes you focus on just relaxing.

The owners first were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure my daughter had what we needed/wanted…and what we didn’t know we wanted. The apartments were also so clean and beautiful designed. Very comfortable.

I loved every moment of it!

I cannot speak highly enough of La Cantinetta - our stay there was simply amazing! We booked both apartments and were blown away by the warm welcome we received from the hosts, Roberto and Donatella. They were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. In addition to the wine tasting, Roberto and Donatella prepared a beautiful dinner for us - it was a truly special experience. And to top it all off, Roberto even played the piano! It's clear that they go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and at home. We also had the opportunity to explore Roberto's private art gallery, which was both impressive and eccentric - a true reflection of his unique personality and passions. Of course, the real star of the show at La Cantinetta is the wine - it was truly exceptional. The breakfast was also outstanding - fresh and delicious, and a perfect way to start each day. The apartments themselves were immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could have needed. We felt completely comfortable and at ease during our stay. And the view from the apartments is absolutely breathtaking - the rolling hills of Monferrato transported us to another world. I cannot thank Donatella and Roberto enough for their incredible hospitality - we will definitely be back as soon as our wine supply runs out! Very nice appartments, with beautiful view in the country side. Very clean, daily towel change. Donatella and Roberto are very kind people. They prepared nice evening with wine tasting (Roberto producing himself). Highly recommended !

everything about our stay was so nice, the suite is a proper apartment, with stunning views of the hills. it was clean and the hosts are kind and lovely people, willing to make your stay unforgettable. they can provide guests with a wine tasting at a very reasonable price and are willing to give you suggestions to explore the surroundings. We had the privilege to see a lot of nice places all over the world during the last 30 years, but the hospitality of Donatella & Roberto is extraordinary. So we have enjoyed the unique hospitality in a warm and friendly environment the second time. Rooms are so beautiful arranged. Dinner and breakfast so individual. Big thank you to you Donatella & Roberto. Sorry to see that end of may when we are travelling to Tuscany the appartments are booked, but good for the guests staying at La Cantinetta.

That we couldn't stay longer!

Donatella and Roberto gave us the best hospitality. To be honest, we could not imagine such an expereince. It was way beyond our expectations. The room (small apartment actually) was beautiful and very clean. The surrounding is calm and quiet, with wonderful views. But the top is the kindness of the hosts, who showed us their beautiful small museum, cooked for us fantastic dinned with much of efforts for my vegan wife, and let us taste their great wines. Breakfast was superb as well. We enjoyed every single moment being there. Definitely one of the best accommodations we have ever been in.

I can't really think of anything I did not like.

Great location and beautiful landscape. Great cycling area and surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast is amazing with local, homemade and healthy products and plenty of choice. The hosts are extremely kind and do everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I also enjoyed the wine tasting, which is made in-house. The tasting was combined with local home-made appetizers prepared by host Donatella and even some live jazz music on the piano from the host Roberto. I will definitely take home some wine and when drinking it will inevitably think back at this wonderful moment.
