Rooms rather small but we were only there one night so fine for us.

Beautiful views from the rooms and breakfast room. Friendly staff. Spotless clean. Breakfast has a vast selection of food for all tastes. Private beach area with 2 sun beds and umbrella available for guests.

We booked a double room with two beds, but were given a small “family room” with a double bed on a loft, neither one of us were able to access because of a steep ladder stair, and we had to sleep in very uncomfortable narrow children’s beds.

Great location, parking and staff were fabulous. The included breakfast had a wide variety of plentiful selections.

Cost is given the time of year. No outdoor facilities were open. I felt the breakfast was a little overkill and would have liked to see some more reasonable options. Lastly there was no elevator and you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the room.

The room was nice with a great view of the water. The place was clean and fairly close to town. Thankfully, it had free parking, or else I wouldn't know where to park. The staff was friendly.

Delicious breakfast with a whole range of local products. The breakfast service was very nice and helpful. Breakfast room with breathtaking view of the sea!!!!!!! A room with a view of the sea and the sound of the waves. The hotel is just a few steps from the center. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace. The room size was satisfactory, the bathroom was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Sun beds go into the shade early in the day. Steps to access the water are slippery with slime, could do with regular cleaning as dangerous.

There is no parking and public parking is busy. There is no elevator and some of the rooms are downstairs (lots of steps).

This is a beautiful area, hotel is located 300 m from the center square on the hill and you can admire the bay! There is a big open spacious terrace with sea view for lunch and dinners! Our room was with a sea view, you fall asleep to the rustle of the waves at night! Wonderful!

The breakfast system is TERRIBLE - it actually ruins a great experience. Worst system we have ever experienced in the world. 2. The wifi would not allow us to make a what's app voice call which made things difficult for us

The system at breakfast where one has to ask for each item is time consuming and quite annoying.

The location is fantastic and the view from the room and particularly the restaurant is stunning. The village has several very nice places for appertivo and dinner.

Nothing - every single member of staff from the gentleman who was working in the kitchen when we arrived at 1.00 AM to the cleaning team and reception, were always cheerful and very welcoming/friendly.

Breakfast was good but we are more used to self-service. Having said that, the staff were fantastically friendly and were so sweet in accommodating my non-existent Italian!

My biggest disappointment was the room. It was one of 2 smallest rooms and using with physical keys. All the other rooms had electronic leys. The door was a sliding door, providing very little security. The entrance was difficult as it angles passed the entrance door. The bathroom was very small and the shower also very small.

Staff very friendly, location the best. Walking distance to the port with easy access to bars and restaurants. Great view of the sea from all the rooms. Beach was OK given the nature of the location although maybe a bit better maintenance would make it better.

My room was indeed quite small, perhaps an additional 5sqm would have been beneficial. Another thing I did not particularly enjoy was the overall smell/odour.

The position is phenomenal, I could literally jump in the sea from my room! Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable which is the reason I didn't give "comfort" a good rating. Also needed is in room coffee maker. Tiny shower with no place for shampoo and soap.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and fun. Great views right on the beach. Short stroll into Porto Santo Stefano centro. Great upper level balcony to join friends for a cocktail. Cute table next to window with view of beach.

Getting English language on the TV's was a challenge, but we figured out one station we could watch. There is no laundry service, so plan ahead. It would have been handy to have the evening restaurant menu printed in English, but the wait staff was always happy to translate. The beach lounges were assigned by room, which in our case kind of put us off in the boonies. Looking forward, changing out the lounges to something a little more versatile and adjustable would be nice.

The hotel was chosen for its location in Porto Santo Stefano. we were looking for a hotel on the beach in a beautiful seaside village and this fit the bill perfectly. The room was comfy, the AC & TV worked perfectly. Parking was no problem, hotel breakfast, dinner and all amenities were all great. their chef is super. Staff was friendly, the private beach and bar were very nice. A 5 minute walk puts you in the heart of the village with more restaurants and shops, etc.
