We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. They helped us find and recommend local attractions and even contacted the cruise company late at night when we realized we had left something behind. On the day of our checkout, when we struggled to find a taxi, they did everything possible to assist us. The facilities were all in top-notch condition. Overall, an amazing experience!

United KingdomThe hotel is strategically located by the port and close to restaurants and cafes. We received room upgrades, and the rooms were nice and clean, complete with all the necessary toiletries. The staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't have time to try the breakfast as we left early in the morning. Very good value for the money, strongly recommended.

This was the best hotel. We had a stop over prior to heading to the Aeolian Islands and the team couldn’t have been more helpful….both prior to checking via messages and when we arrived the team couldn’t do enough for us. Paid parking was available for our trip to the islands also which made everything so easy. As we are non-Italian speakers we really appreciated the team’s communication with us. Walking distance to everywhere in Milazzo.

IrelandWe had a glass of wine and a beer and when we went to pay next morning we had also asked for a taxi to be booked to bring us to train station. Total cost €50!! Taxi from station to hotel was €15. I questioned the bill and the lady told me it was ten euro for each of the drinks and 30 for taxi . Taxi was a battered car and driver was on Facebook as he drove us !

SwitzerlandThe service at breakfast was a bit slow and it was difficult to communicate with the staff as they spoke very little or no English. I asked for fried egg, but got scrambled. Not a big of a deal, but when they came to serve I said I asked for a fried egg and they replied saying I would have to pay extra for a fried egg and that it was only scrambled eggs that was included in the breakfast. It took almost fifteen minutes to make, and I was the only person at breakfast. Otherwise not much variety, ham and cheese. Ok breakfast.
The Hotel is perfectly situated, just a five min stroll to the centre. The staff in the reception were serviceminded and very helpful. The lady at breakfast was very kind saying I could have my room until 11.30. Much appreciated!

AustraliaWhat an extremely well run, friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced hotel! The manager, Mario, greeted us like family, arranging everything we needed and even parking our car free of charge while we settled into our room which was modern, well appointed and immaculately clean. He also gave us excellent travel advice for our day trip to the islands and the best places to see in Milazzo. We have only warm memories of our days there.

Great location for us wanting to catch the ferry to the Aeolian Islands - just 10 mins walk away. As requested, the Manager took our car away for parking, kept it stored while we took the ferry to Lipari and then brought it back to us on our return. Excellent service. Comfortable room and good breakfast.
