Breakfast consisted of coffee and 2 sweet pastries per person that are left in your room when it is cleaned. No elevator. However I don’t think that any hotel has an elevator.

Perfect location! A couple of minutes away from train station. Super clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Big room. Staff helpful and friendly. I did not expected all the toiletries that the had in the bathroom.

Manorola is a great place to stay. Enjoy the central location of l’emporio rooms and experience the town without the day trippers. You will sleep well in the super comfy bed after hiking and a few limoncellos 😴🍋 Thank you Ela for kindly looking after us

Despite having read all the very positive reviews, the room exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, centrally located and clean, with a cleaner coming everyday. Also, water and beach towels were provided. Check-in was very flexible and easy. Highly recommend!

The hot water did not last long enough for two back to back showers, so we had to stagger to let the hot water replenish.

The location could not be better! Right in the heart of the small town of Manarola, with the swimming areas just around the corner, and restaurants literally at the door step. Despite our cute room overlooking the "busy" part of town, the windows blocked almost all noise, but we also enjoyed opening the windows to people watch with a glass of wine in the evening. Leonardo was very hospitable, gave us nice recommendations on restaurants and hiking options, and went above and beyond to help us find a safe place to keep our bikes that we had been traveling with. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and nicely decorated flat. Very friendly staffs. A nice gesture was to leave us a few items (bread, coffee pad, jam…) for us to have a breakfast the next day. Very comfy bed and excellent location. To be recommended!

Leonardo and crew were amazing! They went above and beyond to make us happy and feel like home. The unit is very well equipped and newly renovated. It is also placed in the best part of the best. We will certainly come back.

The location was excellent. A 45 second walk to the water and even closer to the restaurants/Main Street. The room was comfortable and spacious. The Air Con worked really well and the daily top up of breakfast food/coffee was good.

The room is on the smaller side which can be an issue if you have a lot of luggage. Also some steps to access the property but this is generally the norm in Manarola and Cinque Terre.

Amazing little apartment in the heart of Manarola. They have a reception set up at the gift shop in the village and shout out to Ela, who was extremely helpful, with carrying our bags and with recommendations and tips for enjoying Cinque Terre. The room itself is perfect, with lots of facilities (speaker, coffee pods, steamer) and you are also entitled to 10% off in the gift shop which has some lovely souvenirs to take home. The location is very central in Manarola, with only a few steps to navigate between the harbour and the apartment. The apartment is also cleaned each day with fresh towels provided each day. Couldn't of asked for better.

Everything was perfect, Ela was so helpful and made our stay so comfortable and easy.

The room was amazing, easy to find, and clean! The air conditioner worked so well, and coffee and snacks are included and replenished daily! Same with bottles of water.

Amazing room, very spacious. Loved that water and snacks/breakfast were offered, room cleaned daily, luggage storage post-checkout, and especially loved the AC. Had a steamer & mini fridge which were great, espresso machines, large TV. Would 100% stay again, best spot in town (not far from the train (no steps and only a small hill)), right in the center of the town - busy during the day, quiet at night. Perfect getaway!!! Had one question about the shower and Ela answered quickly and explained. Thank you Leonardo and Ela!!

Cute, central room. We loved our stay here! The host was so friendly, and kind enough to let us store our bags. Easy walk from the train station. Would love to stay here again someday.
