no aircon, mouldy walls, thick walls in building so rooms insulate the heat with no escape - the bedroom are hotter at night than it is outdoors, impossible to sleep in these rooms in the august heat. i had a thermometer built into an alarm clock i bought with me and the bedrooms were 35/40 degrees C at 03AM while it was only 28 outdoors. just needs aircon

The hostel was generally dirty, although I did see people cleaning all the time. There was a shower room, two of which were out of service, where the lights would go out halfway through my shower, and there was no way of turning it on again without exiting the shower. There were only three toilets in the whole floor, and people had to queue for quite a long time to get in. I stayed for a total of 4 nights in two different rooms: in the first one, the bedsprings of the bed above mine were broken and hung above my head; in the second one, a fellow traveler found bed bugs, and instead of moving us all in a different room to quarantine that one to get rid of bed bugs, they just told us to stay out of the room for a few hours.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was great, just a few minutes away from a metro station and 20 minutes by foot from the central station.

The hostel is nice to stay only one night and that’s it. The amenities are okay and the common room is quiet and chill. One only thing I didn’t like at all is that the bedrooms are VERY hot, there are no air conditioning and the fan is not enough, so you have to sleep with the window and door open and early in the morning it is ridiculously noisy in both sides.

Guys don't prefer this hostel at all my experience was very bad the facilities are bad, the cleanliness is not good at all tubs are all old and the lights don't turn on the showers are all broken the tiles are broken in the guest rooms there are people who are old 50 60 years old the beds are all too close together .. There are no curtains on the beds I personally stepped on it, I didn't stay in it for an hour, I didn't lie down all night, I was out on the street and I left for the airport... I suffered a lot, I didn't have anywhere to stay because I didn't like all of this the people who live there are low level be careful before booking

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hostel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to several issues. Firstly, the room was extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. With eight people sharing the room and only one electric fan, the conditions were unbearable. Additionally, I was covered in bedbug bites, which were incredibly itchy and distressing. When I approached the receptionist for help, showing the bites and explaining my discomfort, I was only offered another blanket or the option to upgrade to a 6-bed room at an additional cost. This response was wholly inadequate given the circumstances. While I understand that your hostel is budget-friendly, basic comfort and hygiene should still be a priority. My stay felt more like a prison experience rather than a hostel. As of now, I still have bedbug bites on my arm and body, which continue to cause discomfort. I hope you take these issues seriously and work to improve the conditions for future guests.

There were BEDBUGS , when i said it to the staff i was moved to the bed right next to the previous one and i was told they would do something about them. That same night someone else was assigned the bed on which i was bitten. I arrived home with over 100 bites all over my body, in need of antihistamines and paranoid about having brought them to my home. The people were very nice, but i wouldn’t recommend staying there until they fix the issue completely, and they apparently have been struggling with it for a while. Two of the showers were out of order. To enter you have to ring a door bell, and i could hear it very clearly when i wanted to sleep, which wasn’t too pleasant.

The staff was very nice and kind. Room had a ceiling fan. There was a kitchen and common area. There is a metro station and bus stops very close to the hostel. I saw people constantly cleaning the bathrooms.

The Staff of the property is Very well spoken,They are very friendly, make all the efforts to make guests Happy and Comfortable ,Very Neat Bathrooms, The location is just 5 minutes from Supermarket and 3 minutes from Metro Station and just 3-4 Stations away from Duomo Central .

It wasn’t really clean, the wifi wasn’t working. I was staying in the only female room and early in the morning, while people were still sleeping, these two guys walked in and were looking for something in the room? I mean nothing bad happened, it was really short that they stayed, but when you wake up and there’s random people in the room - it’s a bit stressful

Look, it's a cheap(er) hostel. It's not gonna be perfect. But when you stay here, you will have some questions. Like, why does the wifi not reach the rooms despite having multiple routers? Or, why is the towel hook across the bathroom, so you have to get the floor wet every time you shower to grab your towel? Or my favorite, why is there a guy screaming on the phone in Italian for hours INSIDE? And why didn't anyone do anything about it? And just now, why does the owner beg for positive reviews instead of fixing the things which make his hostel receive bad reviews, like the poor quality of the beds, the broken toilet seats and clogged sinks, the bad wifi? If you don't feel like asking yourself these questions, then don't stay here.
