Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCheck in was a bit confusing, (it has been for me through out Italy though) Most lobbies don't tend to have a front desk attendant, and this was no different. So if you are needing anything you reach out to the phone number, or wait till next day during business hours. Also, there are some small steps going to and from suites that we tripped on a couple of times. This is me being very nit picky. This place was incredible.
The location was premiere! It's located by great food and major sites. Also, a bridge that is nearby to get you across the river. It's about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station, which is the furthest thing. Everything else is 10 minutes tops. Also, the host leaves you with a one page instruction guide for your room and hotel, which was simple and easy to execute. The room was AMAZING! A lot of space, which included a separate living room area, with a door that closed it off if needed. Along with a fully functional kitchen with utensils and a washer dryer that was a part of our room. The host was incredibly kind and genuine and did make me feel like I could contact the number provided if needed. Sofia was attending the front when I realized my hairdryer wasn't working and she was quick to replace it. All the staff was amazing! Plus!!! The air-conditioning is American style air-conditioning. Our suite had 2 separate thermostats, one for each roomIt which was incredible, especially on the hot days we got. I could honestly go on and on about how great our stay was. This place made Florence an experience. We will be back.

This property is beautiful and in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the door. It was quiet and the staff was very responsive to any questions or needs. Sophia was wonderful! I highly recommend the property.

It was close to the main sites and everything you can need. The place was very clean, had AC in every room and was very unique in decor. The beds were comfortable, I didn’t want to get up in the mornings.

United StatesWe enjoyed the stylish Artistic design from building entrance, walls, windows to inside of apartment, and its very well maintained. Every detail in the apartment and building seems to be well thought. Modern home automation made access very easy and convenient. We had one bedroom apartment for four adults and it was spacious, beds and all amenities inside were luxurious. Staff is extremely helpful and excellent communication via whatsapp. Location is so great, it is close to river, dinning, and popular site seeing spots. Taxi ride from Florence Santa Novello train station is around 20euro for van.

We had a two bedroom/two bath with living room and kitchen. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our apartment by the host and when we entered apartment I was blown away - it was absolutely beautiful. I told host I want to move here! I would go back to this place in a heartbeat!
