We all loved the apartments and had a fantastic experience. There is nothing we would recommend changing.

We rented both the 2 bedroom apartment for our adult children and a single apartment for the parents. We were extremely happy with both sets of accomodation. It was well located. Very clean. Well appointed (dining table, lounge, washing machine in the apartment). They gave us complimentary bottle of wine and water. They gave us umbrellas when it rained. They answered questions promptly through what's app. There was complimentary secure luggage storage. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful, updated, clean and in a great location. We walked right out of our apartment and into an osteria with a delicious Florentine steak with great wine.

It’s an incredible property with the best amenities one can ask for ! Location is bang on ! Hands down the best serviced apartment ever stayed at ! We were in a 2 bed apartment family of five. We were shocked at how big the layout was. Yes it was very expensive but you pay for what you get.

Location was perfect. Quiet despite the mobs of the people in the city. Spacious with multiple terraces. Very clean and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer worked so much better than others we’ve used.

It was very central to everything including very close to a supermarket to buy supplies. We loved that it had a washing machine and drying rack too, very convenient when on a long trip. It was very spacious and made staying here a week a pleasure. It was like being a local in Florence. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport to/from trains, where the supermarket locations were and some places to eat. It also had a lift as well as stairs so fabulous for luggage. Also had arrangements for storing luggage after checkout despite it being an apartment.

Loved the facilities at the property! Modern finishes while keeping the authentic feel of the building. Everything we needed was provided and the property was close by to everything. At night, the property was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The dryer! Took very long and very ineffective. Just know that it will not dry or take a long time. Not a deal breaker just need to plan accordingly!

There was nothing I didn’t like

I really like these apartments as they totally served the purpose of out trip but then surpassed our expectations. We were welcomed on our arrival by very friendly staff and shown to our very pretty room and given a welcome bottle of wine. The room had everything we needed and was very spacious. The location was great being only a few minutes walk from the centre. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a stay in Florence.

My only complaint was we never saw anyone at the reception desk during the day to get a refill on coffee. Not a huge deal and we could have messaged and no doubt someone would have responded, but coffee didn’t seem serious enough to have someone come to the property. Recommend leaving enough coffee for the number of guests and number of nights.

The apartment was perfect for a group of four. Updated tastefully, location was fantastic and the staff were friendly.

Early check out at 10. If I thought ahead of time ( out train left Florence at 22:00), easier to book extra night and check out in the evening. If not, leaving luggage in lockers are offered for free.

Wonderful building, and if you can grab- penthouse apartment as you will have a floor to yourself. Apartment is full with kitchen, real one bedroom with two rooms, one larger together with kitchen; two terraces, two bathrooms. I would recommend to stock on groceries nearby mini market as you will be cooking in style half of the time. The views from balconies are so charming you will fall in love with the city. The staff greeted us and was wonderful and helpful in every way. As with apartments, no room service or daily cleaning but whatever needed: towels extra stuff is available. Bed is comfortable. Sofa bed in another room was not used. Elevator gets you upstairs. Location is on a street full of places to visit or eat and close your everything. Will want to stay again, as the property owners did a great job with every detail of the apartment. Very modern.

Could have used a few more comfortable chairs in the living room space. Only a sofa and one not so comfortable chair. Had to use kitchen chairs to have seating for everyone.
