You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCheck if AC is on if the weather is hot. I am aware that European hotels turn AC off at a seasonal cut off date. The room was 26C that's 79 F. So hot. It was impossible to sleep without opening the windows. So the choice was get eaten by mosquitos or don't sleep. Got eaten by mosquitos as we had to open the window. Interstingly enough the AC was on in the lobby and in the hallways. Yes I did call down and ask the desk about the AC her response was "No madam, the AC is not on". There was no help offered in regards to cooling the room,even a fan would have been nice. Hotels always respond to these reviews but we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay just doesn't cut it for me.
We got a nice room upgrade to ocean view. It was very quiet. Would stay again but not when the weather is hot.

Great view from the room (we booked a sea view). Smart, comfy, cosy room with smart bathroom including monsoon shower. Well placed table and chairs by the large window. We ordered room service from the restaurant (delicious) so we could enjoy the view all evening. Great breakfast buffet. Good location short walk from restaurants, shops etc

United Statesit would’ve been great to have the shuttle just as part of it even if we had to pay a little bit more for the room, but every hour or so the shuttle runs the airport there and we could just jump on it instead of buying the tickets, cause we missed out a lot of things by waiting for the tickets
it was clean, easy to get places whole bit. It was just we would definitely come back again.

United StatesThe WiFi kept cutting in and out. We were on 3rd floor with a view room. We needed the wifi to check on certain things back home. Our business ect. Otherwise it would not have mattered. We were moved to another room for the inconvenience. And got resettled very quickly. The staff (Sonia) was very helpful. And the wifi worked perfectly in the new room.
