Did wonder about fire exits?

Full of character! High ceilings. Tiniest lift. Lovely view . Good breakfast. Great location for sights but also the buzz of the city life. Good restaurants near.

The hotel has character. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent. The room could do with an update but this is reflected in the price, very good value for money for the city centre location.

A/C not cool enough

The room was nice and faced the beautiful park. We were warm and if the A/C cooled better it would have been more comfortable. Otherwise all was well.

The wifi was virtually non existent, not really acceptable in this day and age.

Lovely quirky hotel in a nice side road next to a park and a couple of blocks from Via Roma. Room was small but we probably should have booked a better room, everything was good in the room, the shower was excellent. The lift was a wonder to behold! Breakfast was standard continental but plenty of it, the cakes were yummy. Reception staff were helpful.

The shower head was stuck on the wall quite high; I missed being able to remove this from the wall. Very limited bar services. The hotel was unable to supply a corkscrew, so we needed to go to the restaurant across the road to ask them to open a bottle. I was confused about the payment for city taxes as I asked on Day 1 (check-in) whether we had paid for everything and was told that we had, so this was a bit unclear. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

There were a few different people on reception. One guy was very helpful in arranging a taxi pick-up. No cooked breakfast, but there was some variety from day to day. Freshly squeezed juice if you asked. Fridge in the room. Comfy beds. Close to lots of interesting places. Convenient for the airport bus.

In an emergency, we got the last available room. That room had a small bathroom and curtain shower.

Very kind and extremely helpful staff. I had a personal problem, and they solved it quickly.

Nothing really.

Well situated and elegant hotel, near the Via Roma, but in a quiet street with a pleasant small park opposite. Breakfasts were nice with a good range to select from. I was staying on my own. Room was nice, if a little crowded with a double bed. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel Joli was very nice and the staff were great. the room size was great, it was an easy walk to the center of town, great restaurants nearby, parking was a bit crazy but we found something a few blocks away. The breakfast was a true contental with fresh baked croissants. The hotel has lovely character.

You make your own coffee for breakfast and it was OK, but not great. The rest of the was OK with the best pistachio croissants I had in three weeks. excellent homemade cake, if you like the real Italian breakfast.

Excellent budget option! Room 110 was a basic double I booked for single use, and it was very comfortable with a small balcony; I think it might be a bit too cramped with 2 large suitcases. It was quiet, and I was able to sleep with the windows open. Towels changed daily, and housekeeping was good. Friendly staff. EXCELLENT location with good bus links and endless eating and drinking options. You can also walk just about anywhere. I was travelling on my own and felt very save in the neighbourhood.

Hotel really well placed for the city, just a quick bus ride into the heart of things or a pleasant walk through the back streets. Very quiet location, lovely balcony overlooking the square, and some great restaurants just on the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not included in the price but the room was such a good value that I can see why.

The location was very good for visiting Palermo. The room was basic but very nice. I love the marble floors.

The only thing I could think of is that the bathroom in the single room I had was a bit on the smallish side. It's only a question of getting used to it, though.

A pleasant, clean hotel where everything works as it should. Not much more to say!
