The shower is a bit small - it will be okay for slim to medium built people. It won’t work if you are big.

Close to supermarket (a block away). Bus stop right in front of the property (bus 14 during the day and bus 22 in the night). Not too far from Pisa center (about 18-20 minutes bus ride). Very nice flat - 1 bedroom layout, nicely decorated with homey feeling. Adequate kitchenware with some basic grocery items like salt, cooking oil, and cleaning agents. Very friendly and helpful staff.

dated design not sound-proof

It’s basic but had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, fridge, AC in the bedroom and a clean bathroom (small shower but ok for W few nights). There’s a big supermarket across the road and a few smaller shops close to the apartments, a café, post office & a bus stop nearby too. Lovely receptionist & an easy check in/out. The only thing that was troublesome was the noise from the next door apartment - we could hear every word in the evening…not too bothering as well were out anyway so it was ok :)

It may look a little outdated compared to modern hotels and apartments, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

A good location to act as a base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding area. It has plenty of car parking space and it is easy to get to the main routes and motorway. We explored Florence and other towns, plus could get to the beach in Tirrenia in about 25 minutes. It suited us well as a family of four, especially as there are supermarkets within walking distance. Air conditioning kept the apartment nicely cool in the heatwave.

Little further out a car would be beneficial although Pisa is walkable around 40 /50 min if you have a car good location for exploring .

Very old, feels like being in a museum. All is working but some modernization could be done. New bathroom and new kitchen. Public transport there is not so cool. Old buses, not going very frequently and not long in the evening. Too far away to walk so often by car which is also bad because of traffic limitation zones and parking in the city.

The owner was super nice and helped us to check in late. He organized an airport transfer on a festival night which we could hardly do ourselves. Hotel is nicely located, it’s not new but we’ll maintained. It’s also exceptionally clean.

The walls are not very well insulated from the noise. At the lounge room it is possible to hear the voices from the next apartment, although this did not make any issue

Very convenient having an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (although only the main one comes with the shower, but that is not a problem). Receptionists are very helpful. Kitchen is fully functional. If you have a car you are very close to Pisa leaning tower and to main supermarkets. Price for 5 nights is unbeatable.

Inside your apartment you hear all the voices and what your neighbors are saying . So not really comfortable been afraid of your privacy.

The parking! Seems that in Pisa is a big problem finding a property with parking.
