This hotel is in fact an appartment in a tenement building overlooking the central square next to the railway station. It is extremely difficult to find and the only signage is an A4 sized sign on the footpath. Once we located it all went well but we drove around Piazza Garabaldi for ages trying to find it.

Location next to train station and metro good. Breakfast included served in communal kitchen dining area lovely. Coffee tea available any time. A small establishment that had everything I needed.. Service was great and recommendations for eating and sightseeing good.

It’s a pleasant oasis in a very busy area of town. The early check in time was awesome considering that I only needed it for a few hours before my flight. The host was super friendly. Location has a fantastic selection of restaurants. There were many thoughtful details in the room

The area. Single woman travelling alone I was not comfortable leaving the room for dinner.

We arrived late and were a bit confused where the B&B actually was and there was no one on site to welcome us. A quick call to the owner resolved this and we then quickly found it (on the fourth floor) along with our room. Possibly a bit noisy for some but it’s a hotel right in the middle of town so what do you expect! Anyway through the night it was quiet and only got noisy in the morning as the city woke up.

Ideal location for 2 mins walk or less from where Alibus drops you from airport by the station. Ideal location for our onward journey to Capri the next day. Snacks in room on arrival. Good range of breakfast snacks and drinks too.

Room was clean and cosy, and the hotel manager and other stuff were super welcoming. If you are planning to travel around Naples neighborhood, this hotel will be a great choice as it is located right opposite the central station and metro. The walk from the hotel to the heart of the old city takes around 30 minutes.

The check in was bit messy as it required coordinating back and forth with Stefano.

"Location": 1-2 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. Location is perfect. Metro is also within a couple of minutes of walk. "Room": Amazing. Clean. Large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the facility overall is very good. "Breakfast": There were fresh croissants and coffee. Some packed food like crackers, wafers, croissants etc. was already in the room. "Staff": Kind, informative and helpful.

The hotel was right in front of the station, which is perfect for the train to Sorrento. The room was clean and a great place to use as a 'base' to explore the city while we were there for a day. The owner was really helpful and even helped us carry our bags to the taxi rank!

The location is fantastic, just across the road from the Central Station, easy access to the Circumvesuviana for going to Pompeii and the metro for exploring Naples. The Alibus stop for going to Naples airport is 2 mins' walk and the coach station for long distance buses (incl. fiumicino express to Rome Airports) is 5 mins' walk. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable with great beds. The host was very welcoming and provided us with juice and water on our arrival, she was also super helpful. It's the perfect place to stay for easy transport links. Only caveat is that it is a tourist saturated area right across from a busy transport hub so do keep an eye on your personal belongings when going about, but I would say that advice holds for all of Naples and any busy city really.

Terrible elevator. Shabby area. No breakfast apart from coffee and some biscuits in the room. Wifi in the outer rooms big challenge but in the common kitchen very fast if it is open.

Great location near railway station. Owner Stefano is nice and helpful. Bathroom is spacious and efficient.
