You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Marvellous small hotel in an excellent location in Naples. Very comfortable airy room with a sunny terrace, great and very helpful staff, many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, local character. Walking distance from just about everything.

Exceptionally clean, welcoming hotel with very friendly, helpful staff - airport taxi arranged, offering a very reasonable set fare. Excellent location for a Naples city break with room cleaned daily throughout our 4 night stay. Very good continental breakfast with the option of breakfast served to the room at a time convenient to us. Overall, a very positive experience.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so fabulous. Breakfast had a great range and delicious. We had a small issue in our room which was not the fault of the hotel they moved us and upgraded us immediately with no extra cost. They were so helpful with booking taxi for us and suggesting places to go.

SwedenIt might just have been our room but it was a little bit noicy, you could hear other guests if they were talking/screaming. (They do give you earplugs though!). Maybe a little hard bed. But other than that nothing to complain about. Recommend staying at this hotel.
Very friendly staff at the hotel. Great breakfast for being in Italy. The location of the hotel could not be any better, you are in middle of everything plus you have walking distance to both the Metro and Ferries if you want to visit other places during your visit. They also give you free water bottles everyday in your minibar which is very pleasant in the heat. Free coffee almost the entire day aswell. Overall a very good stay! 😀

IrelandMe and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Il Convento in the heart of Naples, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The building hosting the hotel is a historical one, later converted to a hotel; hence it has a traditional atmosphere. Our room was spacious, simple but elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for (even hair straighteners are included). The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Some may find the mattress to be soft. What truly sets the hotel apart is Marco and the staff. Every member of the team is friendly and professional. Marco kindly guided us and offered insightful recommendations for local attractions, while the housekeeping staff maintained the room to the highest standard - every interaction was a pleasure. The hotel provided a truly memorable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, great location, and outstanding service in Naples.

Great location for foodies! 24 hour staffed hotel. Clean, comfortable and large room. Large bathroom with a bathtub (rare)! Wonderful staff that is responsive and accommodating. This isn't one of the little guest houses that litter Naples, but a real boutique hotel. Would highly recommend!
