Breakfast is supposed to be at 8:30-10:30 but one day it started late at around 8:50. It’s was very inconvenient because we had to leave for the tour. Breakfast could include sliced ham and cheese. Hosts dont speak english at all. The kitchen in the apartment could be cleaned better. But overall the apartment is worth choosing to stay ;)

Great location. The apartment is spacious and has a terrace. The hosts let us to checkin by ourselves, that was very convenient for us.

The accomodation is clean and spacious, close to the station and the old town, (The station is 500 m, the old town is 300 m. ) In the evening you can sit on the terrace, with a glass of Aperol in your hand 😊. I absolutely recommend you. The owner is kind and helpful.

The apartment was in a really good spot, between the city center and the train station, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in the nearby coffee shop, a really nice place with tasty croissants and cappuccino.

Regulating the temperature of the water in the shower was rather tricky, luckily it was during the month of July, so we mostly used the cold water to cool down.

Very nice hostess. The place is located outside the historical city center, but that made it easier to find a parking space.

The breakfast was so fine, the apartment is well equiped, clean, easy to find. Sofia was so kind, we've arrived earlier, but can leave our lagguages in the apartment.

The apartment is very closed to the old town, it lies in the middle of the beach and main train station, and takes less than 6 minutes to reach both directions on foot, really convenient and central. It’s also really clean, spacious, fully equipped with anything you need, suit for couples and families. We get free breakfast and coffee at a bakery nearby everyday. And the host is really helpful and responsive. They even let us leave our luggage and check in early.

it is old but the furniture doesn’t count so much for me.. the kitchens utensil tho should be newer The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. For a 3 nights stay we received some leftovers in the fridge from the previous guests. Except for some yoghurt, everything was opened even the milk and orange juice. We bought our own breakfast even if we should have had it from the property and at the end we trew everything in the garbage even the old breakfast so that the next guests will have a fresh one.

Was too cold sometimes, mostly in the middle of the night.

The patio was really cosy, especially during the morning. And sofa was amazing, so comfy while watching Italian TV 😊

Like many places in Europe lately, the basics were not really catered for. The coffee machine did not work the entire stay, despite us raising this with the host. We had to ask for a kettle, and the one provided was broken. There was no dishwashing liquid because, we were told, the kitchen is not included. I appreciate that the host said she would clean up things that we left, but no one wants to have dirty dishes sitting in the sink for 6 days. Of course, we were provided with it when we pressed the issue. The shower is also broken and held up by possibly cling wrap. We just think these things are basic standards, no matter how good the price.

The apartment is located right in the main strip of Polignano a Mare with quick access to restaurants, beaches and train station. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the station. It is quite a bit bigger than it appears in the photos, with a large balcony. We were able to check in a bit early which we appreciated. Breakfast is included in the stay at a cafe across the road which was fun and convenient. The host is pleasant to deal with.

It would be nice to have some tea and coffee left in the room for guests. The dishwasher was full of previous guests things so there wasn’t much clean cutlery available.

Great location, nice owner, very spacious, with a living room area and kitchen too.
