Too many stairs to climb.

The owners and staff were very helpful and understanding. We were delayed due to unscheduled train delays (2X’s holding for clearance to continue) which caused us to be very late in our arrival. I had no Wi-Fi service until arriving in Bari. Francesca was very helpful and understanding.

Unfortunately the superb central location meant that it was quite noisy with people walking through the streets late at night.

Very friendly staff. Secure place for our bikes. lovely terrace overlooking old town. Room was good and the bed comfy Not so easy to find as in old town however, detailed map provided and a helpful neighbour helped us find the right door.

The bathroom floor had not been swept.

Breakfast was simple but tasty. Sitting on the terrace was a nice treat. The bed and pillows were wonderful. I had a nice floor to ceiling window that opened which was great. Francisco let me store my luggage upon checkout so I could walk around town. Beautiful location in old town.

The hosts are amazing they are too friendly and they do their best to make you feel like you are home. My brother got sick, they took care of him and gave us medicines. We made check out very early in the morning and they called a taxi for us and waited together until it arrived. The breakfast is on the terrace and it is really good The location is perfect very close to saint nicholas church and old town. Special thanks to Francesco.

The breakfast was really good. Sometimes we had mozzarella other days we had ricotta so there was some variety of food. The location perfect, not too far from the train station and in the heart of the old city. The host was really nice and helpful, he guided us where we can go and what we can see as tourists. Totally recommend this host.

Excellent! We arrived very early from an overnight ferry and we’re able to leave our bags for a bit and then check in early. The staff were very helpful and kind, gave us tips for our stay, arranged a taxi to the airport and carried our bags up and down the stairs. Great location and the breakfast was huge. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend.

Trespolo degli angeli is located a few meters from San Nicola's cathedral, right in the middle of Bari Vecchia, the pulsating heart of the city. The spiral stairs were a bit of a challenge. We could manage them, but they are small and tight.

The hosts were beyond great. They were so very helpful. Even our lack of speaking Italian did not hender anything

Not much really. Local bells ring early! Early eve drinks on terrace would have been a bonus.

Whist the facilities were basic the location was great, in the middle of the old town. It was very authentic and you felt like you were experiencing local life close up. Breakfast was on the roof terrace with a view over the city. Watching the swifts diving between the buildings was mesmerising. Breakfast and service was lovely, a treat.

Everything was perfect

thank you for a lovely stay. The location was perfect- just in the heart of the old town. The place has a wonderful rooftop terrace. therefore we had our breakfast with a view. The owner was so kind and helped us to get a shuttle bus to the airport because we had an early flight home.

Lovely character appartment in the very centre of old Bari town. Owners are so friendly and helpful especially carrying up luggage to our rooms (and back down). Amazing breakfast on roof-top terrace with great views of Bari. Highly recommended!

the only downside in my opinion is the ZTL zone makes it impossible to park closely and so we had to walk a long way with our bags. With proper planning and Francesco’s help there are ways around this.

our host Francesco was fantastic, he was kind and helpful and always made such an amazing breakfast for us. this property is in such a great location for ease of walking all around Bari. lots of close by things to see and delicious restaurants as well.

I would mention the steep stairs; but hosts took our luggage up and down for us. We are two ladies in our late 70’s who do walking trips together and stairs were fine with us.

Steep and narrow stairs (no elevator) Coffee machine in the room but no capsules to actually make a coffee. A bit small and dated bathroom.

We were traveling around Puglia and we stayed in Bari for one night. The apartment is very centrally located (in the historic part of the city) so all restaurants and toursit attractions are walking distance through the little streets. We were travelling with a baby and the hosts were kind enough to provide a baby cot. The room itself was a good size, modestly decorated with a window overlooking to in internal yard. We were really happy with the breakfast provided. We pre-selected items to be served the next morning and everything was plentiful. The location of the breakfast itself was on the top of the building, on a balcony overlooking rooftops of the historic center of Bari. This was probably our favorite thing about this place. As there were no other guest we had a lot of time on the balcony and our 1-year old daughter really enjoyed the sunny space.. The hosts were very kind and did provide us needed help to bring up our luggage as there is no elevator. As were were travelling by car we needed car parking and nearby there is a paid public one (next to the port) which is exactly 4 minutes walking away from the property and was reasonably priced.
