There was nothing that we didn't like, we would love to return some day.

We loved everything. Both the room and the common areas were beautifully decorated, the garden was gorgeous and the breakfast was very good and varied. The staff was warm and friendly.

VERY disappointed we were not allowed to put the air conditioning on despite the daytime temperature reaching 30 degrees. The owner told us that nobody in the town was able to put on the air conditioner until mid June. Sadly we didn't believe him.

A true gem of a Tuscan style boutique hotel. Every detail has been thought of in this beautiful spotless hotel. The large beautiful garden was a treat with tables to sit at was a luxury to enjoy. The rooms were spacious with a sitting room between two rooms. Breakfast room was a delight too.

The location is further from town than we expected. Unfortunately for us, there was a very loud carnival just up the street during our entire stay…. Also, one of the female employees was extremely sick (hacking and coughing). She worked during morning breakfast and cleaned rooms… She got us very sick from being exposed to her! She should not have been allowed to work anywhere on the premises.

Wonderful spot, distanced enough from the city-center to keep you relaxed and enough to enjoy Montepulciano’s and other key places (like Chianti and Montalcino, I.g) with a 30-minute ride. Place is owned by a super nice couple who offer a delicious breakfast.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

The grounds and facility are so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. It is impeccably clean and manicured. We walked one km to a vineyard that has a view that goes for miles. The walk to the city on the hill was also very tolerable. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We've been all over Europe and our time here far surpasses any other experience. I would have willingly spent much more for this stay. I will never forget it

Room was a bit cold and pillows weren’t comfortable. Had a kettle and plenty of exotic infusions but, oddly, no ordinary tea or coffee.

A lovely family run hotel, the family and staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was great especially the delicious homemade cakes! The garden was a delight to sit and relax in. For us with a car the location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel design is really nice and the area is so calm, you can see the trees/sky from your window and listen to the birds in the morning.

The property is amazing, and it truly feels like Tuscany. From the olive and fig trees to the little bistro tables set out to admire the views, it was just a remarkable place; in fact, breakfast served the very figs right from the trees outside the doors. The owners -- parents and adult son -- were the most gracious, friendly hosts. They gave us terrific recommendations, such as visiting Bagno Vignoni. We loved our stay here.

The hotel is a peaceful and picturesque escape close to montepulciano. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff, our room was spacious and clean, and a delicious breakfast was also included. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to returning next time I visit Italy.
