Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. The bathroom was modern and updated. The bathroom was spacious with very nice toiletries. There was nice storage space in the room with a refrigerator and kettle. The host was very responsive and helpful. Felt very safe as the property had a second locking outer door to the floor with the rooms. Would highly recommend!

CyprusIm old-style guest and prefer to have somebody at the reception, even for limited time. hotel near to railway station has some advantages dut to central position, but at the same time you cannot aavoid street noise. t would be good to have safebox in the room

SingaporeI thought there was 24/7 reception as per description on Booking.com. But instead every thing was done remotely via WhatsApp. It turned out well and smooth. Not a problem for us.
We had Room 5. It appeared new, was clean and nice, just like in the photos. It was located within an apartment that was located on the 1st floor of a building. We were given access codes to enter the building, the apartment and then the room. Felt secured. The apartment was nicely appointed and smelled good. Check-in was done remotely via WhatsApp. The only staff we met was the cleaning lady on the check-out day. Special shout-out to Jacopo Lacalendola, who communicated with us via WhatsApp. He was helpful, responsive and clear in all his instructions. He even booked an airport transfer for us on check-out day. We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation.
