The shuttle stops in the evening around 9pm, and the service at the bar/restaurant was awful (if trying to get a drink only).

Nothing it was perfect

Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Shuttle mini van so convenient and helpful. Stunning views of the lake - we paid extra for a lake view room and it was perfect. Overall amazing hotel but by far the best part is the fabulous staff!

The room itself was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. The beds were very soft. We ordered two pizzas at the hotel restaurant; they took more than an hour to arrive. The waiter did apologize after 45 minutes, and served us a small plate of cold cuts, but why did it take another 25 minutes AFTER this to serve the pizzas? And I later discovered we were charged for the pizza + dessert offer even though we only ordered pizza. Oh well, the pizzas were excellent...

The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel had plenty of parking space for it's size. The public areas of the hotel were very stylish. The room had a large balcony with a nice view of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the hotel restaurant and the patio was second to none! 180 degree panorama view of Lake Como and Bellagio - stunning!

The rooms that do not face the lake are disappointing -- not only do they not have the gorgeous views but the rooms themselves are not as well appointed as the lake-facing ones (at least the room we were in, for one of our two days at this hotel). While the location is fabulous for the views, traveling to the main downtown area involves a shuttle ride that costs Euro 5 per person per trip and is available during the day till 7:00 pm. (If you have your own car, this is not a problem, though it is still a 10-minute drive between the hotel and downtown Bellagio.)

The location of the hotel -- at a height in Bellagio -- offers a breathtaking view of Lake Como as it bifurcates into its two "legs" and also the snow-capped mountains in the distance. This spectacular view is shared by all lake-facing rooms. The food was very good -- important because it is difficult to travel to another restaurant unless you have your own car.

The room was not decorated very nicely, bit empty and cold but it was clean.

View was absolutely incredible, staff was extremely kind. Also the hotel is a bit away from the city but they have a cheap shuttle service which is perfect.

Incredible views. Absolutely stunning, really. The room was large and spacious. More like a loft with a huge balcony with the incredible view. Breakfast was super and staff were lovely.

Breakfast was limited and when things ran out they weren’t replaced very quickly. There is no lift that we saw. Didn’t matter to us but would to older or disabled person.

The view was simply superb and the staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to Bellagio was excellent and not expensive really. Room was small but bed was super comfie and room was clean. Had toothbrushes, shower gel and shower caps.

Everything!! This property is a hidden gem and home away from home! The million dollar views of this property blew us away! It sits atop of a hill overlooking Bellagio with a stunning 180-degree view of the lake! They offered a beautiful outdoor patio terrace and also an indoor dining area enclosed by wall to wall glass so you could enjoy a delicious meal while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Como! The staff, Massimo and Corina took great care of us. Our stay included breakfast and the food was delightful. We dined at their restaurant the first night since we arrived so late and the food was excellent! They provided shuttle service into town for 15 euros. Our family suite (2 floors) was spacious, including 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. The views from the rooms were beautiful as well. We stayed 2 nights and our overall experience was excellent! I highly recommend this property when visiting Bellagio!
