The person who is in charge of the Guest house was very helpful from beginning to end. We received great recommendations for local restaurants and we were able to move around in town easily thanks to their explaination of the public transport. The guest house is in a nice neighborhood.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location is better if you rent a scooter. With public transport is a bit far away from everything and the bus line that is going yo the center doesn’t have good frequency.

It is a bit far from the centre but is well connected with the buses so it is fine.

The apartment we stayed in is really cute and comfy, we enjoyed out time there. It was safe and isolated. I recommend staying here.

The walls between the apartments aren't too thick, but there wasn't much noise coming from the other guests that could've bothered us.

The host, Beatrice, was very kind and flexible with the check-in, even with our plane arriving with a delay there weren't any problems, and she provided all the information to access the property and to get around. She was always available in case we had a question. Our room was spotless and very well equipped. There was plenty of space to put our clothes and bags in, and the closet and kitchen are cleverly sectioned off. The bathroom was also modern and spacious. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace in the evening or have breakfast with the scent of jasmine bushes in the air.

The sink and the bathtub were partially clogged so the water needs several minutes to drain completely, especially in the bathtub. The bed sheets and some of the towels were not changed during the cleaning.

The guest house is very charming with the plants on the outside and the private small terrace. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Beatrice is a lovely person who has warmly welcomed us in her house and was responsive to all our matters. The house is located in a good neighborhood with many shopping and dining options.

Very nice rooms. Especially liked that there was a tidying up every day. Like in hotel :) Very clean, nice rooms, spacious bathroom. We booked 3 rooms in total and had "back doors" open, so basically having like a 3-room appartment. Bus connection very close. 30min to Trastevere area and city center. Kitchen facilities could be better, but generally we were very much ok with everything.

The guest house is very cosy with the terrace where you can enjoy the breakfast and nice room. It was also really clean. The hosts were really helpful, provided us with additional facilities like tea pot, iron and umbrella. Also helped is with the transportation and suggestions for the breakfast places and etc.

A really nice Guest House, Beatrice was really nice! The information about everything was very clear and easy to understand. I love the bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. Also the little kitchen was perfect. All in all I would book it again next time i am in Rom.

The closet in which we wanted to hang our clothes and the small kitchenette bore visible stains, which was surprising given the high scores this property has on Booking.com The shower door was leaking water on the bathroom floor, so we had to clean it up every time we took a shower. The toiletries used by the previous guests hadn't been removed from the shower upon our arrival (which makes us think it hadn't been looked into while the cleaning had been in progress) and there were some hairs stuck in the shower head. Although our room was ready before the official check-in time, we feel there was no need to rush if this was the result. The beds looked and felt clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which our host, Beatrice, answered all questions we had prior to and during our stay. We arrived 2 hours before our check-in time and were able to leave our bags in the accommodation while our room was being prepared for us. On the day of our departure we were also able to leave our luggage at the accommodation until late afternoon and have a few extra hours in the city without having to drag our suitcases around with us as our return flight wasn't scheduled to leave Rome until well into the evening. The 'giardino', the garden which the accommodation got its name from, is filled with fragrant plants and flowers which added to the ambiance. Our room also had a small terrace, which was why we chose it over a hotel room. The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a grocery store that works 24/7. There is also a local bakery nearby with the most charming staff where we grabbed our breakfast on most mornings. The accommodation is some 40 minutes away from the city center, but we were aware of the fact. The bus stop is some 5 minutes away. Although our host said that the towels and linen are changed every three days, the cleaning lady came every day and made our beds, took out the garbage, brought additional toiletries and tidied up our room. The room came equipped with everything that was put into the description - we had a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a fridge, a hair dryer, a functioning AC, bottled water and espresso capsules.

no good soundproofing between the adjacent room our bed was against the wall and we can ear water was running in the bath in the neighbors room. No kettle for tea in the kitchen. Lots mosquito from tgarden so No mosquito nets on the windows.
