Nothing really. It was perfect for what I wanted

Having access to the garden was lovely as it gave me somewhere cool to sit and relax. The breakfast choice was very good as well. It was handy for the local shops and bars and felt like the real side of living in Bergamo rather than the normal tourist experience.

The shower was very hard to regulate. Only slight move made it too hot or cold and took a long time to get back to a nice temperature. Only other problem was no breakfast left for us on our last morning as the owner had gone to see family for the weekend.

Exceptional breakfast (I could eat those croissants for the rest of my life every morning), the owner is very kind, knows everything about the town, helps you if you need anything. Definitely recommended, we enjoyed our stay very much.

As it happenend, a Bergamo team won the UEFFA league final on the night I was there and so the partying in the street went on for hours. Hardly the host's fault, but it was impossible to sleep with an endless cacophony of car horns going on until well after 1.00 am.

The breakfast and location were good and the hosts were extremely helpful. I was unable to contact a taxi on the morning I needed to leave to get to the airport (something to do with a doctors' convention) so the host ended up driving me himself - above and beyond expectations - thank you.

Friendly owners ,very helpful and accommodating. Even organised our airport transport. Room was clean and comfortable for 3. Lovely garden area to take breakfast in the mornings. Plenty of options for breakfast each morning.Short walk to the train station about 10mins stroll. Supermarket and pizzeria very near .

Not much really. Other than it rained both days we were there and very chilly, we really enjoyed our stay in Bergamo.

Very nice breakfast selection in a small nook, free cappuccino any time; take your food and eat at the small table and 2 chairs in the room. We liked the security of the 2 keys needed to access the rooms. Nice outdoor patio. Great insulation (including rouladens) to block out noise from the street. Host Matteo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us map of the city center and told us what buses to take.

This place is unfortunately not too comfy for sleep. The private flat building it is located in is near the airport so you hear all the planes taking off You can hear neighbors through thin walls and the beds are kinda small with very soft mattresses

We arrived at around midnight after our flight from Bergamo had been delayed until the next day and we needed somewhere to stay the night. Matteo was extremely generous to us by allowing us to get to sleep upon arrival and doing all the check in/out admin in the morning. He was also drew a map and explained in detail how to travel to the airport by transport. We really appreciated the help he gave in a stressful time.

Very clean and well supplied place. Very friendly host willing to help you with knowing how to go around the city. Location was very nice, I would say 20 minutes (with the luggage) to the train station and about 45 minutes to the old town of Bergamo. Big plus for the terrace, fridge in the room and coffee machine available for guests.

Good location. 2 bus stops in 200 meteres so you can go by anywhere in the city. Cosy room and bed, big bathroom. Quick check in. Very good breakfast.

Good localization. Quite close to the train station from which you can quickly reach Milan and Como Lake. A large grocery store and some really good restaurants nearby. Very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast very good. Room equipped with all amenities. Outdoor terrace an additional attraction. Matteo is a nice, very helpful host.
