Shower was small. Some of the food was not fresh (cheese had mold on it both mornings we ate there) and very small amounts were put out and ran out quickly.

Clean, newly updated rooms. The shuttle into the village was a great benefit! The staff was very friendly and answered messages promptly. They gave my daughter a coloring book and pencils upon arrival. It was a nice touch. Good location. Worth the money.

There was nothing i didn't like about this property.

Property was clean and well maintained, The staff and owner were more than helpful. they made us a late diner, the next morning the breakfast was great, anything you may want for breakfast. they also supplied a shuttle to Monterosso. Made it easy for us to leave our car at the hotel and not have to deal with parking in town. Bathroom was modern and well appointed, great shower. I highly recommend this property.

The staff and accommodation were outstanding.

The setting is healthful but hard to get to. It was raining hard and the phone wasn't working so we were unable to call for assistance. Had to take a taxi which cost around 20 euro

Great view of the town and coastline below. Rooms very nice and bed was very comfy. The shuttle service, 5 minutes to town, was very handy even though we had a car. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of hot items. All and all a very pleasant experience.

Shower was on the smaller side. However, water was plentiful and hot! Also, the best hairdryer!

Extremely attentive staff! Communication is key for me and they (young gentleman and mature sweet lady) always responded within seconds on WhatsApp. I was cold, and they provided the most glorious thick blanket for me. Shuttle service was efficient and excellent! Truly felt like private car service, running consistently and often! Breakfast was beautiful and glorious! Tons of hot food options!

The shower cubicle was the smallest I have ever been in however, the shower itself was really good, hot and powerful.

Wonderful varied quality breakfast.Attentive staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The shuttle bus is really efficient and pleasant to use. Communication with the hotel is quick and friendly.

Nothing to dislike but I think staff could have explained we needed to take our ID to book the train tickets to the 5 different villages.

Received a what's app before we arrived to ask what time we would be there and was greated by lovely staff offering a a warm coffee. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. The shuttle taxi was used several times because the hotel is up on the mountains but the shuttle was available different times of the day to take you into montoresso. We also enjoyed the selection of breakfast that was available.

Shower cubicle set up awkward as to get under the shower you bump into the taps and door to room 103 sticks so needs some attention.

Staff were so helpful and work hard to make your stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. Breakfast was great. Hotel is beautiful and in the main well kept. Shuttle bus from the town was an excellent service as hotel is some distance from the village and not really walkable due to there being no path.

The hotel is located outside Monterosso in a very quiet area. Beautiful hotel and location. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and provide anything you need. The room was very nice and spacious. I totally appreciate the fact that they were willing to offer a shuttle to drive people to Monterosso and back. I think this was the best choice we could make for this short vacation.

The shower in the room was on the small side and would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the room.

The staff were exceptional and we were very well looked after. Daniela and the crew couldn't do enough for us. The complimentary shuttle service to and from town brilliant and very reliable. Great views from where the hotel is located !!
