Parking was difficult to find without detailed information from front desk. Suggestion to hotel is use what 3 words or send a detailed map for parking location.

Great Location - close to restraunts and centre of Siena. TV linked to Tablet easy - we had rare rain so this was very useful.

The hotel is close to everything but is also a peaceful sanctuary to relax. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The views from the breakfast room were breathtaking.

Well, some of the bathrooms could use a little renovation (we have seen two older ones). But all was perfectly clean, just a bit… old.

No lifts. It can be a bit confusing to find the way to the main piazza and back and the way is quite undulating, be prepared!

Historical cloister made the aura very traditional. Staff were very polite and accommodating and went out of their way to help us make an important call to the airline. Advance parking instructions that need to be followed as the hotel is in a ZTL were very clear. Substantial breakfast

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, although wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

The historic building is fascinating and beautiful. The view from the room over the country side was excellent. The room itself was pretty spacious and had a really nice old-world feel, but with modern comforts like air conditioning. The included breakfast was great with lots of healthy options and excellent coffee made to order.

Staff was really kind and helpful especially in ensuring proactively the car access within the restricted area. Room was nice with great view on the green hills nearby.

There is a wonderful patio entering the building but looks a bit neglected. It could be a nice spot for breakfast.

Large and clean room, with an even larger bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The receptionists were all kind and helpful.

Beware of the TZL when arriving by car

Great location.. but beware of the ZTL if arriving by car! Hotel sent instructions but English is a bit confusing! Staff were very helpful and friendly

Breakfast unfortunately always seemed to rush the staff. Small amounts of scrambled eggs prepared which resulted in long waits as the servings went quickly. Coffee limited to 1 cup. Kitchen Staff certainly appeared hassled and not very friendly. TV - With international visitors having no access to English speaking news a bit disappointing

Only one problem. We needed a cab to the train on last day and despite 24 hours notice this wasn’t done. No alternatve suggested, so had to find a bus a mile away.

Airco/heating did not work properly (stuck at 19 degC). When I told that to the reception, they said they fixed it, but in reality nothing had changed.

Located near the center of Sienna and yet a quiet area. Possibility to park near the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice historical building.

The breakfasts were a little haphazard as the warm scrambled eggs made an appearance later in the breakfast time so we missed it both days. Limited coffee access both with breakfast and thou tea bags provided in rooms no instant coffee. Our multilevel room took some getting used to especially traversing the steps at night trying to get to the bathroom in the dark.

Old monastery made it unique. Our balcony patio had great views. Wonderful front desk staff.

Room needs renovation asap! Also bathroom looks old and not clean - even it was… the money we have paid was much more than the real value of the hotel.

Room was big! View from the window amazing (you could see the land of Tuscany)! Location of the hotel perfect. You could park outside of the historical city where there is free parking spot and within 5 min walk you could reach the hotel. Hotel is locating in a quiet area inside the historical center and you can see all hot spots in a max distance of 5 min on foot. The hotel stuff was EXTREMELY friendly and they were trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I asked them also to book for us a table for 2 and they were trying for hours to reach the restaurant by phone!

Great location, amazing building, the greatest receptionist that we have met. The smell of the candles that reminds the old use of monastery brings the experience to another level. Definitely would stay there again!
