Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkFrom the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, Luca and Giulia, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a perfect stay were evident throughout our visit. The Eco-suite itself was very clean and well-maintained, showcasing a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. The panoramic views from the suite were breathtaking, with the surrounding olive groves and a stunning view of the river valley. It was a true delight to wake up to such a stunning landscape each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the exclusive hot tub. For an additional 50€/day, we had access to this luxurious amenity, which provided the ultimate relaxation experience. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the day, making the experience even more memorable. In summary, this glamping experience is a must-try for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature without sacrificing comfort. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to our next visit.

United StatesAn enchanting retreat managed by Giulia and Luca, offering breathtaking views of the Maremma countryside. We stayed in one of their Eco-suites, and the experience was nothing short of magical. The suite itself is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Surrounded by nature, the serene atmosphere and stunning scenery make it the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Excellent amenities, including ample parking and a meticulously maintained garden, made our stay even more enjoyable. Ideal for a peaceful getaway or quality family time. Highly recommend!

Amazingly quiet and clean, great welcome and assistance during our stay from Giulia and Luca. Full household facilities. Very close to the Saturnia Hot Springs and great location to visit Scansano, Manciano, Pitigliano and all the typical Tuscany villages and hills. Delicious swimming pool and gardens.
