Nothing it was all very good

The property was very centrally located , it’s quite a grand building , clean with a bar and nice dining area . The reception ladies in the morning spoke english and took time to direct me and look up information.

The absence of manually controlable air conditionning is frustrating - although the room temperature is perfectly ok, it's nice to be able to have a strong flow of cool air... Plastic plates for breakfast are clearly a big faux-pas in terms of standing...

Old fashioned hotel with great atmosphere. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We had the luck of having a balcony which I'm sure is enjoyable when temperatures are bearable. Bathroom was large and functional. Very friendly staff.

The location although within walking distance of the centre was a bit far away. We couldn't find a taxi from the train station to the hotel so had to walk. On the other hand from the hotel to the train station the staff were very nice and found us transport to the station.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The breakfast had a good choice. The staff were very helpful.

Beds a little hard and as some other comments a few of the facilities are showing their age now however it met expectations.

Staff at front desk were excellent and hotel is a great place as a space to stay for a night or two. Breakfast was decent and enough options to satisfy most people.

- Room is a bit noisy - Good breakfast for Italian standards, but chaotic when breakfast room is crowded with travel groups - Nice garden in front of breakfast room, so why not make it accessable for breakfast

We had really noisy gurgling toilet and it was pumping water for about 10 minutes and since the room is quite small it was a bit disturbing, but beareable.

Very good location not far from the centre and it was easy to find a parking place. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast

Nice modern Hotel well located. 5 min walk to old town and restaurants. 15 min walk to bus station. We got a taxi with luggage. 30min walk to train station. Big room and bathroom. Very good generous breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is a little tired in areas but you can see the grandeur which is what we like and it was excellent value. The staff in the breakfast room were efficient but not friendly like the reception (didn’t even say good morning to guests) which was a shame.

The ladies on reception were excellent, always friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the room but they dealt with it very quickly.

The facilities are outdated but the location and helpfulness of staff make up this. Some landscaping in the area behind the hotel would go a long way toward improving the look and feel of the hotel.

Excellent location with parking nearby. The front desk staff members were very kind and the cleaning staff member friendly and efficient.
