It was not obvious that air-conditioning mode is enabled centrally. So if you need it – ask about it once you arrive. Also you need to wait hot water to reach the shower for 1-2 min. The walls between rooms are tiny so you may hear your neighbors laugh.

The view and location are amazing! Assistants are ready to help and it’s too clean.

We had an awesome time staying at this guesthouse! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. The room was really clean, and the bed was super comfy. The AC was a total lifesaver in the heat! Plus, We had a great view of Castel Sant'Angelo from our window, and on the other side of the building, there was the beautiful Piazza Cavour. The location is perfect too! There are tons of lovely, affordable restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 20-minute walk to the Vatican City, which was super convenient. All in all, We had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

the hot water in the shower would take some minutes to warm up so we either had to take cold shower or let the water run. the hotel feels new, but the walls are very thin so almost all noises from the corridor and nearby rooms can be heard.

the location is superb. while being 10 min away from the city center and vatican, the area of this hotel offered a quiet comfortable place. there are restaurants nearby but getting to the city by foot is super easy. We also had a wonderful view on the Saint Angelos Castle

The shower had a leak, when you got into the shower the water would come up from the floor and leak all over the bathroom floor. Which made me have to have a quick shower as otherwise the bedroom floor would have been flooded too. Did report it but nothing was ever done about it apart from extra towels given.

There is usually no one at the reception, but since we didnt need any assistance, we didnt mind. The room is a bit small, and also lights in the room could be warmer, the cold lights give a bit of a sterile feeling. It is noisy when the window is open, but the windows really buffer the street noise when they are closed.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Vatican, Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo, but the area is not packed with tourists. Piazza Cavour is wonderful. Our room had a view to Castello di St.Angelo. The room was really clean, bed sheets and towels were changed every day. AC was working perfectly, so as the WiFi. The communication with receptionist was easy. We got the self check in guide - pick up the keys at the bar nearby, which we didnt mind since the guide was clear.

It took very long time to have hot water in the shower, during summertime we did not mind it too much as it was too hot anyways.

Yes, it looks good with just a minor adjustment for clarity. Here’s the refined version: The building looks historic and has a very beautiful, classic design. It features an interesting, vintage-style elevator and stairs. The room view is unique, offering an open sight of Piazza Cavour. There is good access to public transportation. Tea and coffee are always available.

The location is perfect, the balcony view was nice, the staff is helpful. 10 min walking distance to main attractions ( Vatican, Spanish stairs, Fontana de trevi.... etc) The room is clean and tidy.

Only two bad points was how cold it was inside the room. There was only a thin sheet so I used towels to cover myself lol. And the other are the thin walls: you can hear everything from other rooms and reception.

The sound proof of the room (from outside and from the next room) and the light which flouded the room in the morning. But not deal breaking.

Wonderful experience in a great location (10 mins walking to Vatican and 10 mins walking to Piazza Navona). The bed was very comfortable, there was AC, everything very clean and daily cleaning. Complimentary water upon arrival. Although we arrived very early, we were able to check-in, leave our luggage and the room was available at 2PM.
