An exclusive, great, stylish hotel on the island of Lido. The Neo-Renaissance building is decorated with wonderful polychrome majolica. Spacious room with a unique design, modern furnishings and comfort. A wonderful roof terrace where you can watch the sunset. Very good restaurant with excellent menu and service. Attentive staff. What else could be needed?

- reception looks like at a motel - overall experience is more on the 3-4 star level than 5 star, but still absolutely recommended

Nothing, there was little time to experience all attractions of the hotel since the island offers abundance of them. To big completion between hotel interior and surroundings :)

Swimming pool in the courtyard was real surprise and blessing after long travelling. Located in the middle of the island. in walking distance you can get breakfast, lunch, great grocery to feel local flavour, some shops and boat to Venice. Close to the beach, close to the cinemas. The receptionists seeking for the opportunity to help, advise.

Location

Wonderful location which is near the vaparetto and water taxi station . It has a great restaurant with very attentive staff and fresh well cooked food .Nice swimming pools and it’s a easy walk to the beach . I Would recommend this hotel to anyone .

Nothing, we loved every aspect of the hotel

We travelled as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They put us at ease even though our children can be a bit loud and boisterous at time. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was perfect for us as it is so well placed for sight seeing and nearby activities but has the convenience of the well-maintained swimming pool. The hotel location is excellent, particularly if you are travelling with children, plenty of restaurants, gelato shops and a small arcade nearby. Our children loved it and are asking to go back next year. Breakfast is outstanding as is house-keeping and standards in the hotel

The artificial grass around the pool… it gets very hot under foot with the sun… but I really had to think of something that I didn’t like… this was the only thing I could think of

Everything is perfect

We absolutely love everything about the hotel, the location is just 10mins water taxi to Venice city, the hotel decor is exceptionally beautiful, the staffs are all nice and welcoming, the beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Definitely the best value for money for a 5 star.

This hotel is in a brilliant location. Short walk from the water bus stops and the beach and restaurants. The hotel is exceptionally pretty with a wonderful history. The staff are brilliant - particularly the front of house staff. The lovely lady who welcomed us and took us on a tour of the hotel when we arrived was so helpful. Staying here was a real experience and so glad we stayed a short ride from Venice as the Lido feels much more peaceful. The breakfasts were brilliant and the service fantastic.

Everything was exceptional. We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday. the hotel and the staff made it a dream come true for her and went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the moment we arrived up to leaving, we were made to feel so special. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel lobby and swimming pool area ask for renovation. Bathroom and toilet in the room has glass wall, so there is no privacy at all, you can see the room and your companions will see you in the bathroom.

Anyone staying here need to know there is no privacy in the toilet or the shower. The bathroom walls were glass! I had a room with my two grown up granddaughters. I felt because of the bathroom layout and my age (76) I needed more privacy so I had the added expense of paying for another single occupancy room.

Staff were as helpful as they could be in the circumstances. The hotel was equal distance between the beach and public transport. Apart from the bathrooms the hotel accommodation was very comfortable.
