Location is great, very central. The room was very clean with a lot of space and a cute balcony. Breakfast was amazing.

Parking area difficult to find. But once we pulled in there was quick assistance to assure we were in the right place and took our luggage to reception.

Very comfortable room, excellent location, breakfast was delicious. Had a room overlooking a park with balcony. Street noise not evident in room with doors closed. Free Prosecco at the rooftop bar was a treat.

A copy of your documents are taken for registration however it is very strange to ask for copy of your personal important documents.

Great location, 5 min walk to downtown, lovely staff, spacious and clean rooms! The rooftop pool and bar was a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Amazing breakfast in a lovely spacious dining room.

Perfect location in centre of Sorrento ,close to train station .very kind and informative reception. Large room without a particular view but a very nice rooftop where you can see all the city is a good spot to have a drink or eat. Very clean .Breakfast is good many choices .

The only thing that annoyed us was that the pool closes at 6pm which is exactly the time when you come back from your day adventures and would like to chill for a while by the pool before heading to the dinner. Just like us, several other guests were rushing to the pool at 5.50pm just to be asked to leave 10 minutes later.

Warmly recommend! Rich and tasty breakfast, friendly service, superb location close to the main piazza and the train station only a few minutes walk away, clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly, proactively giving advice about restaurants and places to go. Pool towels were included which was great!

No kettle in the room, just a coffee machine, which is great if you’re a coffee person, not that great for tea drinkers. In the bathroom, only one hook for towels. There is a need for few more hooks on the back of the bathroom door for an instance. Hotel located close to busy road, so make sure you take earplugs. Food was lukewarm i.e during breakfast. Hotiday is NOT the name of the hotel, they just act as a booking partner, which was a bit confusing/ the name of the hotel is actually Cesare Augusto. Hotiday should be more clear about this when advertising rooms.

Loved the central location. The hotel is few minutes walk from Tasso square, which is the main square in town. Beautiful little garden at the back. Staff was nice and helpful. We’ve received a voucher for a glass of Prosecco each on arrival, which was a nice touch. They have a lovely roof top bar where you can see beautiful view of Sorento and the sea. Hotel is within close proximity to the train station (5 min walk). Rooms very clean and spacious.

We asked three times for slippers, they finally brought them to us on the second day, but this did not hinder our satisfaction in the least.

Excellent and varied breakfast. The train station and the bus stop are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The port from which we took a boat to Capri is a 10-minute walk away.

The room was very dated and ugly. It was also a little noisy at night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The staff were lovely and it was easy walking distance to the bus, train, port and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful. Hotiday is actually a virtual hotel and is situated inside another hotel…Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto.

Nothing not to like

Excellent location to train station and Piazza Tasso. A few minute's walk from the hotel to each... Very safe area. Lovely friendly and helpful staff in every part of the hotel. Special mention to Seby in reception who organised our day trip and also the lovely lady on housekeeping who cleaned our room daily.. Very good shower, plenty of towels comfortable room. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the road. The traffic noise did not disturb us. We had good night's sleep throughout our stay... Loved breakfasts, self service with a great variety of lovely food. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for an enjoyable visit to Sorrento.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic - the range of choices was very impressive- one of the best buffet breakfasts we have seen / enjoyed.

We weren’t allowed to bring food to our room from outside of the hotel. And by food I mean a bag of crisps and some cookies to snack on here and there.

Loved the location, cleanliness of the room, Buffet breakfast is great and beds are very comfortable. Max from the reception is amazing, he’s a great help!
