You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaI expected to have at least a tea/coffee cup, kettle, or coffee machine. Although I could borrow a kettle, I thought those were usually available already in the room. I also wanted to dine at the hotel's restaurant, but it was open only for a limited time in the evening and for breakfast, so I could not have dinner there before going to the opera performance from 8 p.m.
The staff at the hotel, at the reception and in the dining room were very friendly and professional. The hotel is close to the beach, and my room had a good sea view.

United KingdomHotel was a bit dated and tired but very good for most of Italy's style of hotel - it's not the same as a 4 star in another country but it was defo good. Pool was a strange green/yellow colour which was a bit off putting, we were assured it was ok but I was a little skeptical. Air con in the room was welcomed but not as powerful as it could have been.
We booked Hotel Vittoria last minute and was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Room was huge (3 beds for two adults and 2 kids) and lovely balcony. Staff couldn't have been nicer and spoke excellent English. Location was absolutely amazing, steps away from the main roads and sea front. We booked it specifically for the pool as my kids love a pool over the sea. Gym was basic but good with a cute little private spa. Breakfast was nice, and we got parking too (paid extra for these)

United KingdomHotel is quite dated and it s def not a 5 star hotel, for sure back in the days it was...not now. There is no free to use tea/ coffe or bottled water in the room ( unless you pick them from the minibar) Bathroom kit was also quite poor for the level you expect.

The hotel has an old world charm about it. It is very close to the beach, and a short walk to the walled historic center. Parking was good, as we parked just outside the hotel.
