Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLoved this place. Newly renovated with modern amenities which is how we like it and they offer vegetarian breakfast which was absolutely bonus for us. Wish I had asked for additional pillow as one pillow was not enough but I was too tired to call or wait for it so it’s my fault. Would definitely recommend this place if you care for where you stay!!!

quiet area of Rome, close to the train station (10 minute walk). Staff were very attentive, gave us a detailed description of the Hotel and its services etc our room number was 4, down a couple of stairs on the way to the exercise room. it was very quiet as no other rooms close by , had its own outside patio area everything worked in the room. there were some nice food offerings in the nearby streets.

United KingdomComplimentary water provided on first night only, and no facial tissues in the room - we mentioned to the staff who explained this was normal in Italy but I'm adding here so guests are aware. They said they'd make a note on the listing for future guests. It seems mad to us that water is not included when paying several hundred euros per night. A couple of items were broken in the second room (a charging point, a light switch). The hotel has recently reopened after renovations and looks lovely - it's normal to have some snagging works and the team were quick to try to fix the issues we had.
We had an issue with noise in our first room so the front desk resolved it by moving us to another spot - due to availability this was a room upgrade which we were very grateful for. Staff were very welcoming, courteous, and professional throughout. The breakfast is lovely. It's 'no meat' but there's eggs (scrambled & boiled) and salmon. Otherwise, there is a lot to choose from and the fruit was very fresh. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming each day. The beds are so incredibly comfortable! We slept really well outside of the noise disturbance in our first room. The location was great for restaurants, and walkable distances to all of Rome's main attractions. The Colosseum in particular is very close. The recent renovations mean the property looks modern. The lift is clear glass and looks great.

When we showed the information in booking.com, they apolized by the mistake and the day we left very early 5:30am, they kindly prepared a breakfast to takeaway to the airport. Very thoughtful of them.

We had a brilliant stay at the Viminale with our little child. The location is superb, close to the city center, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with newly updated facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the area!
