We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe shower did not drain at all. Had to turn it off while washing my hair to let it go down. Read another review similar so wasn’t surprised. Also didn’t affect my stay.
Was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. My room was large and clean. Looked better than the pictures. Aircon was fantastic. Really good location just at the end of the main shopping street. Didn’t have any issues with noise. Pool area was amazing. Breakfast was good and varied enough that you’d find something you’d like. It was a European breakfast so limited hot foods and more pastry, toast, yogurt, fruit etc. Staff were always so friendly and welcoming. Cleaners on my floor were especially lovely every time I saw them. Would happily return.

United KingdomMy only complaint is that the shower cubicle in our bathroom was so small that it was a struggle to wash and i am a slim 5ft 9in.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool are and pool bare are great and the hotel in general is clean, tidy well presented. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there. Our room was small and basic but suited our needs.

United Kingdomthe only dissapointment was the balcony although the view was stunning the balcony was tiny not even big enough to put a chair and as i paid extra for a balcony i was very dissapointed as it is one thing i look for in a room to be able to sit on a balcony with a coffee it should be made clear the balcony is very small as other rooms had bigger ones but not such a good view and for me the bigger balcony was more important than a view.
the hotel was clean and very comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful location is excellent breakfast was good although the coffee was luke warm, very pleasant hotel with a nice pool area and bar good offers on food at the pool bar and a 10% discount voucher on check in.

ItalyPlumbing issues with the shower and the wash basin. Reported the problem to reception twice and the wash basin was perfectly fixed but the shower clogging only got worse.
Location was perfect and breakfast buffet was excellent! Staff were courteous and helpful.

There is everything in this hotel breakfast is included, live music in the evening, swimming pool on the 1st floor and Jacuzzi on the accessible roof terrace with a marvelous view. Cleaning Room service daily with changing the towels. Iron was provided by the request.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the main pedestrian area, in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes. The hotel's pool is heated and the water is constantly at 25 degrees; it is cleaned every evening. The breakfast is very good and varied. You can opt to have lunch by the pool; there is a different menu every day, and the main course and a drink at the pool restaurant cost €16. The hotel is clean, and the towels were changed daily. The furniture in the hotel is somewhat outdated, but this is compensated for by the modern pool and beach area.

United StatesPool wasn't open past 10PM and WiFi Upload speed was quite slow. Being I work in tech, it is essential to have. It was quick enough for calls on the download speed, but uploading documents and/or media was slowest I've ever seen it (such as 2mbps speed).
Breakfast was great, served every morning with many options including warm and cold as well as Western style breakfast options (both English & American).

United KingdomThe breakfast was disappointing, plenty of cakes but the hot food wasn’t up to much. The coffee wasn’t very good either. Very noisy overnight as the hotel is next to a main road.
Excellent location really close to the main pedestrian street. Friendly staff, particularly at the pool bar where we spent time drinking cocktails and watching football.
