Far from center. We thought that with public transport it is not a problem, but buses don't stick to the schedule and we were waiting them too long. Not a good location with little kids.

If you want your room serviced you must leave your room key in the door as the staff do not have spare keys - while the staff are trustworthy, it is a bit concerning to leave your room open to other guests. The breakfast which was included was packaged food with some cheap ham and cheese which I wouldn't recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, decently sized rooms. The balcony which rooms on the bottom floor have access to is a nice space to enjoy a drink.

The location of the hotel is not bad, quiet area, but the staff was not very helpful. The sound insulation is just terrible, everything could be heard from other rooms.

Breakfast is really not good, but for the price I guess you can't ask for more. Good coffe though. Also, it's a bit noisy inside the bedroom (you can hear the neighbours).

The guy at the reception is a jerk. Other than that, the lady is nice and all of the other staff is too. The room we had was spacious and had an access to the outside, which was super nice. Good location, not far from the centre (20 min by walking), which in my opinion is great, because the centre of the city is overcrowded and can be a bit overwhelming.

I was given a windowless room and there was no breakfast as advertised. But I was busy during the day so it was fine overall

For a short business stay it was okay. They allowed me to check in late at night after my flight was delayed

There was no bar fridge. The room was advertised with AC but you couldn't adjust it and it was all centrally controlled, including the wall heater. The heater got turned on in the morning, which I didn't need, so it would be nice if guests can control heating and cooling. However, there was a ceiling fan which was good enough given it was April and 20-22 degrees celsius (room was getting a bit warmer than that in the afternoon).

The room was big, the queen size bed was nice and comfy, high ceilings, there is a balcony and the staff were very nice and helpful - thank you! Standard continental breakfast and daily room service with fresh towels, soap and shampoo. There were some local pastry shops and restaurants and a supermarket 5 min away.

The rooms were dated, there was mold and mildew growth in the bathrooms, the comforters appeared to be from the 80's and the pillows were terrible.

We had three rooms. The first floor room had wonderful patio outside, a great place to sit and enjoy an afternoon or evening beverage. The second floor room was great for two of our kids and a third floor room was a nice spot for our oldest.

Location is not so great, hygiene could be better No elevator in this facility, overall it’s ok . No good food places nearby.

It's a bit far from the centre, but manageable by walking as well, easy to go to the centre. I felt a bit that I stay in the house of the owner or in a dorm. Very simple room, too many mosquitos. If you just sleep there and you fully put yourself in tourist mode, it's okay once in a while.

There was a different very rude staff member at night when we came back to hotel. We asked a simple question anbout checking out in the morning and he didn’t answer us and shut us down.

We got 2nd floor room without lift, so getting there with our luggage was a pain. No fridge in the room. Staff had a very limited knowledge of English so communication was challenging. The shower could do with a renovation and no options were given as to whether we wanted our room cleaned or not. Do not disturb sign would solve this issue.

Room was very spacious with a balcony, which is a good smoking area if you smoke. Location is quite and safe, but about 20-30 min walk from the city centre. Breakfast was light and basic, with fresh coffee served upon request.

There is no lift. Not ideal if you have a lot of luggage.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff especially Conchetta were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Would have liked more choice. A long walk to the centre but if you follow the map you won't get lost.

We were told the room wouldn't be cleaned if we didn't leave the key. We didn't want cleaning because it didn't need doing and we preferred privacy, but the room was done every time anyway. Did not feel comfortable in the room after that, and felt the need to take all valuables with us when leaving each day as we couldn't guarantee someone wouldn't access the room without permission. Bed was incredibly creaky and made thudding noises whenever we rolled over in the night so sleep was hard to come by

Far from historical center - about 30 min walk; breakfast included but starts at 8am so can’t accommodate early check outs. Ask for entry code before arrival, in case the door is locked when you arrive- even during the daytime.

The room was big and bed was comfortable with TV and air conditioner. The breakfast was from 8-10am and I had to check out at 7am, for this reason they gave me my breakfast stuff the day before - I am very grateful about it! Thank you.
