It was way too expensive for what it is, with no breakfast included in the final price or anything. A nice hotel, but only worth half the price I paid

Location was excellent, for the main street. Bedroom and bathroom were adequate, very clean and comfortable. A little old fashioned, but what I wanted and expected. Helpful, friendly staff. No complaints.

It’s an old place, our bathroom was smelly. Generally quiet but the walls seem thin.

On the edge of the inner city, everything within short walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful. If the weather permits the small courtyard terrace is nice, but there is no real other area to lounge.

Great location - just off the main 'strip' but far enough away to avoid being impacted by the noise at night. Very friendly staff - family run, comfy beds, nice coffee in the morning, nice outdoor area for breakfast, great shower.

Very old. I don't mind if an hotel is more rustic, but this would need some renovations especially of the bathrooms.

Its a 2 Star hotel and you get what you pay for ; clean & in the city. Nothing fancy but totally Ok and nothing to complain about. 100 meter away from the plaza , quite , no noise ...anything better would cost a lot more money. Anybody wanting to get to Perugia and stay central its perfect for it. Leave your car at the minimetro station downtown take the minimetro to the top station , take the elevator and cross the plaza and you there.....maybe 300 meters... Very friendly recption

A bit outdated bathroom facilities. No a/c, but fan only. Access by car is really tricky due to small streets, parking too, needs assistance by hotel personnel

The bathroom is very small and the shower is right up against the toilet. That would have been okay except the shower curtain is too long so that it drags on the floor of the shower. It also was a bit dingy. I wish they had English -language TV.

Rooms were a little dated but clean.

Great location very close to the centre of the old town. We received a 10% discount voucher with a local restaurant Pizzeria Ferrari which was very close and excellent.

I had to bother the owners to open the front door when I came back to the hotel. A solution with an own key would have been smarter.

The room was good, I had everything I needed. It is really in the centre which to me is a great advantage. I loved the fact that breakfast was served despite Covid measures.

The hotel is located in the center, providing easy access to all important sights, next to the medieval arches all around. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Some older features still reside (it is rated as a 2-star hotel), such as the carpets on the hallways, the wardrobe and nightstands in the room, but it was not so unpleasant for us. The only thing that could have been more helpful in the room were some hangers / racks.

The location is great, right in the center of the city. The room was ok, with the basic supplies and clean. We had also a mini-breakfast (coffee, croissant, juice and a fruit) for only 3.5 euro, served by the reception staff, who was quite helpful.
