We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is near a central Street and easy to navigate to major points of interest. The breakfast area, although small , it was very cozy and had a great assortments of food, drinks and fruits. What we liked the most was the staff; everyone was friendly from the front staff to the room attendant; they were willing to please and went far and above expectations- in particular, Paul, Daniel, Yana and Marylin.

firstly, we highly appreciated that the hotel staff took into consideration all our requests regarding the room - superior level, far away by elevator, quiet room, boulevard view. by the way, the room is realy soundproffed, nothing can be heard from outside, the street. then, related to the accommodation, everything was very ok: very warm, empathetic and helping staff (the 2 gentilmen from the front office, the ladies serving coffe during the breakfast, room cleaning service), breakfast was very helthing, very clean room equiped with absolutely all what you need, in good conditions, including coffe maker machine. the size of room (junior suite. 3 individual beds) was ok. the location of hotel is on the Corso Buenos Aires boulevard, nearby restaurants, mini/supermarket, metro station, train Central Station. you can use the subway (2 stations) to reach the Dome or you can chose to take a walk (15-20 min) having the advantage of large shopping/commercial area. basically, the hotel is in the central area of Milano, a very safe and peaceful area, just to enjoy the holiday!

It was really clean, staff let us check in really late at night (or more like early in the morning) after out flight was delayed. Breakfast had enough options and they were good. Near metro station and buses but also possible to reach Duomo by walking.

United StatesEverything! The staff we fantastic! The breakfast was fantastic (great coffee and great service). The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There were many restaurants and shops just outside the door including a 24 hour grocery store. The location was ideal- 1 km from the central train station and a 35 minute walk to the center of the city (Duomo area). I will definitely rebook the property the next time I visit Milan.
