Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was a good size and very clean, with a good powerful shower. Basic but better than I expected. The staff were pleasant and spoke a little English. The shared toilet was very clean and I didn't hear anyone else use it. Great location for walking from the centrale station, and into the city centre. Plenty of places to eat out near by.

The hotel gives the minimum that you need if your purpose is to see the city in a very short period of time. The room generally was clean. Staff was very helpful.

Maltahad a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was good not a small one immaculately clean, and well-appointed, with all the flat TV, The bed was comfortable, and the décor was not old and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all as there are numerous great dining options nearby. I particularly enjoyed exploring the local cafes each morning for a delicious start to the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. the metro and the central train station is close you can reach by walking.

LithuaniaStaff didn't speak very much English, looks like staff was underqualified and hired only to be awake during the night but not to interact with customers. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people but it was super expensive. Compared to what we got, I would rather sleep near the airport and then come to visit Milan.
Bathroom was renewed, however the conditioner didn't work. It was clean. Looks like a good neighbourhood close to the station.
