I didn’t like the single room as it was narrow.

I like the hotel because it was clean and near the station. I liked that it was easy to walk everywhere in the city. Dining in the restaurant was a bonus for a solo traveller. The hotel lounges were spacious and inviting.

Converted convent was a classic building Staff were very friendly.Breakfast was good .Wonderful shower in room.Within walking distance of all the major sites and also the train station.

The spa was slightly too hot to use - only because Florence was in a heat wave.

We were able to check in early which is always a bonus. As a return visitor (previously stayed here in 2018) we were given a welcome drink voucher which was appreciated. The included breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our stay there.

Dinner service was awful. I asked if it was ok to order a dinner at 9:15pm and was assured it was fine. Then the waiter was pushing me to leave, wanting to take my plate away before I finished. Very rude. Most of the jets in the hot tub were not functional. That was disappointing since that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Good breakfast selection. Location great for train stn and walking to attractions. Front desk staff was most welcoming and personable; always smiling and greeting me when I was leaving or returning; helpful regarding directions and walking distances. Bartender was great, very attentive and knowledgeable; friendly, spending time chatting with customers. The outdoor courtyard for beverages was delightful. Beautiful relaxed setting.

The tables on all the patios could use a good scrubbing. The menu for dinner was kind of limiting, too nuch seafood. I would have eaten onsite more if the choices were more varied.

So close to everything I wanted to see. Stop.The Carhedral, Statue of David, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and more. Also just a few blocks from the train station. My room was clean, the sheets sparkled!Liked the breakfast in the morning. Like there was so many places to lounge, both inside and out. Staff was all great.

Electrical outlets were not working in the room, but got fixed after I informed reception.

Breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant venue was great in the little backyard with seating in the open available. Location was very convenient, literally 8 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk from the Duomo. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby and bar area are very nice.

The large bathroom has a small bathtub with an even smaller glass door. After showering, the bathroom became a lake. It was obvious that this was not designed by Michelangelo.

It was close to all the sights. Very clean room. Very good quality towels were changed every day. Generous delicious breakfast.

Great hotel, with an unbeatable location close to everything, excellent restaurants and bars around the hotel, the train station is about a 3 minute walk. Breakfast was good, super friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing was that you could here noise from other rooms, ie. Shower running, toilet flushing in the night etc.

The room was clean and a good size with a balcony. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very helpful and the reception is 24hours. An excellent choice for exploring the beautiful city of Florence
