Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandGood location, very clean rooms, helpful personnel, reserved beach places for every guests. Breakfasts are good, but can be more various during the week and would be nice if start it a bit earlier at 07:00 or 07:30. Internet connection is quite fast, but its range also should be improved. Hotel is worth its money and it is a really good place for vacation.

Thanks for the recommendation for dinner at the nearby cafe. It was very tasty. The surprise was a great concert in the town square in front of the hotel. Everything is super good. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back.

It is close to the beach. You get free private parking about 200 meters from the hotel. The beach umbrella has a safe so you can go swimming and your belongings are safe. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (best croissants in Jesolo😉)

Exceptional. Room is clean, you have everything you need (towels, hairdryer, airconditonal, refrigerator, safe box, balcony) Breakfast is super good. (with anything you need for a beakfast) Private parking. Private beach with sunbeds. And what is very important… the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. So 10* from us, thank you Hotel Mara, we’ll recommend you and we’ll come back for sure!

United KingdomIf i was being picky ( and I know i am) the only thing i would say is me not beign made aware it was a dog friendly hotel, that said that could be down to me missing or not reading the small print or not paying attention to the booking information. However this in no way impeded on our enjoyable holiday experience
Th staff were exceptional given it the fact it was a family run hotel you could tell and feel the difference as opposed to other hotels run by a management team or corporate generated entity, The friendleiness, the relaxed atmosphere for me made the whole holiday experience one of sheer pleasure for me and my wifr, nothing was too much trouble and the staff / family went above and all expectations, All other hotel managers and their teams would do well to "take a leaf out of how the Hotel Residence Mara is run and functions and would learn valuable lessons as to how a "real hotel is run" and the service it provides to its residence not just customers. I would highly recommend this Hotel to any one looking to stay at a real genuinely well run and friendly relaxed hotel. In my opinion you wont find a better hotel anywhere in Lido Di Jesolo

HungaryThe room is well-equipped, spacious, and cleaned every day and the whole hotel is in very good condition, the staff is very kind and helpful. It has a bar where you can drink different kinds of cocktails, coffee, wine, etc. At breakfast, there are a pretty wide variety of foods(3-4 kind of cheese, hams, fried bacon, salami, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, scrambled egg, fried egg, bread, rolls, cereal, 2 kinds of juice, coffee, cookies, croissant and muffins etc...). The hotel is close to the beach(~100m) and at the end of the strip, so it wasn't too busy or noisy. The hotel has private parasols with a safe on the beach. Parking is in the courtyard, if there are no free places, then there is a big parking 100m far from the hotel where they have private places.
