Very small and narrow elevator, large enough for only 2 people with luggage. The room numbering doesn't correspond to the floor number, so be certain to askwhat floor you're on.

A short walk to the center of Torino, with a very reasonable 7€ breakfast. Plenty quiet for a good night's sleep. I believe the price we paid was very fair for a hotel of this quality (***).

No parking on site. Parking was close by, but very expensive. Very noisy road with restaurants open till late.

Room air con was pretty hopeless so we were very hot. Had also paid for a superior room but was obviously not one of the better ones as depicted in the images on the website so smaller than expected with no seating area as such. The hotel did offer an alternative which was bigger but only had a bath with hand held shower attachment so we didn't move.

Location of this hotel was great, only few minutes walk from main train station Porta Nuova and then just few minutes more into main squares. Other direction took you to parks beside the river. Neighbourhood had lots of bars and restaurants to have drinks and dinner. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast in a very stylish surroundings.

A small thing but air conditioning was a little weak but the room wasn't too affected by this (and I didn't mention to the staff so may have been a way to resolve I didn't see)

Good value for money, good facilities, clean and quiet room, safe location with nice mix of bars and cafes on the door stop. Professional and friendly staff. A very good experience which matched what was described by the hotel on booking.

The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. The location is very nice: close to Porta NOva Train station, the historical center, Valentino park, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Guests should be reminded that smoking on the balcony is not permitted. luckily this wasn’t a problem for us but might have been.

Had a room with a window out onto an inner court. Very quiet at night & lovely breeze kept room cool. Ideal location for visiting city. All major sites within walking distance. Very professional staff

Couldn't figure out how to switch the shower from rain shower to normal shower mode for a while, but managed it eventually. Which was a bit annoying and the base of the shower was damaged, but other wise great room.

Breakfast was great, coffee was lovely. The food quality was great. The room was huge and very nice. The location was close enough to the train station and all the main transport.

Excellent personell and location, good breakfast and cleanliness was great. The sound proof balcony doors was useful, thin walls between the rooms on the upper floor, so bring your headset if an light sleeper. However, value for the money.

There was no food service apart from breakfast. The hotel was noisy with squeaking doors which could be heard all over the building and the lift also made quite a lot of noise.

The location was very convenient close to transport links city centre and an exceptional selection of restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of cereals fruit sweet pastries and cakes, No hot food apart from boiled eggs. The room was floor, had a large double bed which made the room cramped. No carpet on the floor which meant there was noise from the rooms above, below and to the side. It was also very dark with limited storage facilities for clothes etc. Bathroom was very nice with plenty of space. However the shower needed attention. The shower head needed replacing and the shower door was difficult to close.
