Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandFriendly staff, the location was good for walking to the Core Center of the city - Padua is lovely and a good recommendation to visit. The hotel was next to a busy roundabout but the sound within the room was very quiet. The isolation was very good, no balconies and no real place to smoke if you want that. Parking is behind the hotel and was included. Even when we came earlier, there was no issue to get the parking done - thanks a lot!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Big comfortable bed was the pinnacle. The facilities have some funky ( in a good way) furniture and it made the trip more memorable. The bathroom was nice and they were able to accommodate my request. Also great breakfast!

We were in Padova from Australia for a wedding and were staying there with my cousin from France. The lady at reception, let us sit together and play cards instead of having to squash around our room or just in the foyer/lobby.

Hungarythe ekey did not worked, we had to ask for an other one all the time. the breakfast was under the 4 star standard in every sense (especially the bread, the scrambled eggs), the selection of choices was poor they charged for the garage 9 euro/night, but on the booking.com site the parking was mentioned as free, nothing about the garage and it's price. Lack of information. They charged extra for the first/Friday night, but on the booking.com site the two night was for the same price!!!!!!!!!!!!
