Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were super friendly and quick with messaging back on booking.com. The hotel is good for one or two nights visiting Florence. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get into the centre via foot. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. It is also a good location if you want to leave for the airport after a couple of nights in Florence as parking is close.

PolandI didn't notice building has an elevator. When staff informed me about it, the elevator didn't look trustworthy. Floors were a little cold. Bed in single-bed room was quite narrow for my taste. Pillows could be a softer.
My stay at Hotel Giglio was very pleasant. At the very beginning staff helped me with locating best turist attratctions. Rooms were using keycards. WIFI worked well. Hotel location was fantastic, you could reach Duomo in about 20 minutes on foot. View from window on building's courtyard was fine, it was clean and bright.

We felt at home immediately upon entering the hotel. The check-in process was very efficient, and we enjoyed meeting the owners. They welcomed us with recommendations and walked us to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable in every way imaginable. Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Duomo and roughly 30 minutes from the Santo Spirito area.
