We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location, and the view, a 10 minute walk into the town and a 30 second walk to the beach at the front of the hotel. Also the breakfast was amazing, I definitely recommend the pistachio croissants

United KingdomAbsolutely brilliant hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff are all really friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room had everything you could possibly need and all in perfect working order. You can lie in bed and watch the sea, or sit on your balcony and do the same. The breakfast was superb, quite a rarity in Italy, even including yummy mini savoury croissants, guacamole and Parmesan you cut directly from the block. All in all, perfect (something I never say in reviews). We’ll be back!

United StatesI wish our room was seafront. We had a balcony but it was facing the side of the hotel so one had to go outside to view the sea.
Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to a variety of restaurants in town. It was a much better choice than our original reservation at a hotel in Riomaggiore. The bus service to the train station was a few meters outside the hotel. Breakfast was good as well. I would recommend this hotel to those wanting to visit Cinque Terre.
