Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Near the Central Station and all transport connections to the city centre. The zone was safe and the hotel was nice and clean. We had room 308 ( double room) and room 324 (triple room). They were clean, pretty well furbished.

United KingdomThe bathroom and bedroom are really worn-out, needing some fixing and refurbishment. The windows didn't close properly. The shower tap was broken, making it really difficult to regulate temperature. The cleaning ladies had a storage room next to our room, and at 5h30 am, they were doing quite a bit of noise taking things in and out to start the working day.
Very close to Central train station. Bedroom was comfortable for one night, with enough space for a few bags. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Check-in was easy, and they let us do it a couple of hours before the official time.

DenmarkThe lamp over our bed was too close to us and it fell, I suggest they move that elsewhere to avoid accidents. Overall the design of the room did not make sense for the space (no hooks to hang your clothes in the hallway, not enough space to enter due to placement of beds despite big room size). Also it was quite noisy during the evenings.
