The breakfast was a little small (but it’s normal for Sardinia) and the staff did not speak English very well.

The location was perfect for day trips along the Costa Smeralda. We used to hotel as a base for trips between Olbia and Palau and it was possible to reach each destination in one hour. And Arzachena is a cute and calm town. The property and the pool itself aren’t extraordinary (a bed and a closet in the room, small bathroom and the pool has a lot of shadow during the day). But as we were outwards the whole day it didn’t matter. I would not recommend if you intend to stay in the hotel the whole time.

The lighting situation needs a bit of maintenance. The bathroom was very poorly lit and I could barely see myself in the mirror once the lights were on. The high ceilings means you're likely to encounter spiders, as I did, due to most likely cleaning personnel not being able to reach that high up to remove them.

The pool was the one thing that stood out. The other facilities were pretty normal for a budget hotel.

Although the breakfast available is the norm, I would have paid for something more substantial.

Th location is excellent and my small room definitely adequate. Clean, quiet and air conditioned. Breakfast was fair yet not quite what I needed for my 100km cycle tour that day. Front desk person speaks some good English. I was grateful to be able to leave a pack with the hotel for a few days as I went on my cycling adventure.

The reception staff were the most miserable people I have ever met in my life, totally ruined our stay, they literally didn't smile once. The pillows were either too thin or too thick. Very noisy in the morning, you can hear everyone waking up, slamming doors, using vacuum's to suck air in their travel bags at 6am.

Typical, honest 3-star hotel on the outskirts of town. Still with several resraurants close and town center easily reachable on foot. Own, secure, free parking. Easy check in/out. Best cappucino I had on the trip

All staff were very friendly and helpful, even to help fin dour way to local sights and to recommend beaches. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony giving a great view. Hotel has a pool which is quiet and great for swimming. Breakfast in the morning lovely with fresh fruit, yoghurt, salumi and cheese, juice, coffee and pastries.

Nothing, I liked everything

Lovely hotel in a good location, just 20 minutes from the main bus station of Arzachena but there is a bus stop right outside the gate too, or parking if needed. Check in was great the lady behind reception was very friendly and helpful, helped with questions and advice on which beaches and areas are best to visit and which bus routes are the best. Arzachena also has a local bus service they can tell you about (not found on google maps). Room was a great size with comfy beds, very clean and had everything needed including a terrace. Pool was great and clean, gets the sun some of the day but other times shaded so great for those who prefer one to the other. Breakfast was lovely, good quality and great selection.

The price is high, you can get the same experience in a cheaper hotel or hostel. It is far away from the city, there is only one line of public bus, when it’s not available a car or taxi is the only option. Taxis are expensive.

Clean and spacious room. All necessary amenities are provided: towels, soap, etc. Easy check in/check out, the property is right on the main road close to the bus stops which makes it easy to take public transport (when available)
