It was a magical place in an amazing location! We met Simona that was extremely nice and help us to find the best places in Sermione and even booked reservations for us on restaurants and boats! She was lovely!

We loved our stay here. We had a free transfer from where we parked the car which made you feel like royalty going into the fort, then was greeted by lovely staff who showed us around and told us where all the good food was and booked our dinner reservations. The room was very nice, with great products to use too which included a face mask. When we were about the leave the manager printed off things to do and see in our next location which we loved and appreciated. We will be back!

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Sirmione. The host at the Casa Scaligeri is absolutely fantastic and she is so helpful. I would highly recommend as the staff stop at nothing to make the stay so smooth and relaxing.

Limited English language channels available on the in-room TV was the only very minor negative point.

Great location in the old town. Modern, well equipped room in very good condition. Outstanding, generous breakfasts of excellent quality. Exceptional service and attention from the staff. Helpful and informative communication started as soon as we had booked and all our questions and enquiries were answered promptly and with helpful and informative responses. The friendly and helpful service from the staff continued throughout our stay.

The bathroom was just a little too small but nothing an be done about that!

We loved our host at the hotel so much! She went out of her way to guide us there and stayed on the phone until we had found the appropriate parking lot. She helped us find everything in Simione and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. A great experience in a beautiful story book setting.

The room and bathroom were quite small. I would prefer ‘proper’ rather than instant coffee and and paper cups.

Beautiful little hotel in the town centre. Fantastic staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and really wanted us to enjoy our trip. Breakfast was excellent and lots of it! Very clean room with a large comfortable bed. The room was serviced and left really nicely each day, which felt luxurious. Very nice products in the room along with lovely treats.

Like many hotels in Italy, there can be an unpleasant odor from bathroom pipes if the water is not run often enough. The shower is just a glass wall with a door sealed to the floor, but the door opens out and can easily create puddles. A full length mirror anywhere in the bedroom would be a welcome addition.

The location was excellent and puts you right in the town center. The staff was friendly and very helpful, delivering an iron upon request and suggesting activities around the area. Included breakfast from the restaurant just outside the door was excellent. We especially appreciated the pickup service from the desenzano train station - but plan to schedule ahead because it can easily take 25 minutes or more to drive there. Compared to other towns we stayed in z this hotel is very modern and updated with plenty of lighting, a real king bed and not just 2 smaller beds pushed together. The bed is a metal frame instead of a box all the way around so I wasn't stubbing my toes every time I stood next to the bed.

. It was fabulous you could open the window and listen to the hustle and bustle or have complete silence. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality pillows and bedding. Gorgeous bathroom products, which I had to take. Service was fantastic, the team couldn’t do enough and breakfast was served in a cafe around the corner which again was sooooo good and so filling it lasted all day.

Staying at Casa Scaligeri feels like staying in a boutique hotel. It is charming, clean and provides all you need. The location is in the heart of Sirmione. The breakfast was served at the nearby cafe and it was just delicious. The way the lovely hotel managers treats customers is fantastic, one feels heard, one feels guided, and a little spoiled :)

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. Tanina and staff were so friendly and helpful at making our time here, relaxing and fun . The suggested activities, restaurant bookings and help planning our trip were very much appreciated. This made our stay here our favourite part of our trip to Italy so far.

Bathroom was extremely clean and modern but a bit small, especially the shower.

All I can say is WOW! Small very clean modern hotel in the heart of Sirmione. The service from Taniana who is the general manager was absoletely FANTASTIC. The included breakfast was also excellent and easily the best we had in our 17 day Northern Italy trip. The room was very modern and the bed very comfortable.

The location is perfect. The hotel manager, Tanina, is super efficient and warm. She made us felt very welcome and arranged restaurant and spa booking for us. The other hotel staff are also very nice, including those at the breakfast place across the street.

When I read reviews, everyone wrote wonderful things about Tamina. The reviews were accurate! Tamina is so kind, very responsive and helpful- she made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were also wonderful as well. We highly recommend staying here!

Location was perfect . Small but comfortable room with all needs catered for . Close to everything . Tanina’s service was exemplary . She helped us by recommending and booking restaurants , suggesting day trips and giving us excellent advice on what to see and do . She was like a personal tour guide . Fun and lovely personality .
