Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBrother stayed in the main hotel (not annex section) and the lifts were tiny and room was old, very cramped and poorly maintained.
Location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance from the main train station and short walk to the underground rail system. If you plan to stay at this Hotel you must request a room in the "Annex" this is the new part of the hotel that is located across the road. Rooms are bigger and very comfortable and the lifts are bigger. Easy walk to the main hotel.

United StatesIt was a long walk to the Duomo and the major sights around the Duomo. It took about 35 minutes to walk there.
The room was bigger than we expected so was the bathroom. The hotel was close to the train station which was convenient for day trips. There were several restaurants close by.

Great option if you are in transit. Staff was very pleasant. Room is not big but was clean and comfortable enough. Many restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money.

NetherlandsThe drain in the bathroom had a strange smell coming out of it. Also the receptionists were quite unfriendly when checking out and asking to store our bags which was the total opposite of the rest of our stay.
For a hotel in Milan the price was very good. The staff was mostly friendly and the hotel had a cozy feeling. It was very close to the central station which also has metro connections in many directions. By foot it takes a bit over half an hour to get to the city centre.
