Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UK Virgin IslandsAs most of areas nearby train stations, there are homeless people, and it not pretty to walk around late at night or early in the morning.
Great option if you are in transit. Staff was very pleasant. Room is not big but was clean and comfortable enough. Many restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money.

NetherlandsThe drain in the bathroom had a strange smell coming out of it. Also the receptionists were quite unfriendly when checking out and asking to store our bags which was the total opposite of the rest of our stay.
For a hotel in Milan the price was very good. The staff was mostly friendly and the hotel had a cozy feeling. It was very close to the central station which also has metro connections in many directions. By foot it takes a bit over half an hour to get to the city centre.

The bed was super comfy and the train station is close by. There’s also a subway stop nearby so getting into the city to see the Duomo is easy. Great for a short stay!

AzerbaijanMost of the stay was nice and comfortable, so not much to say. Floors the corridors are a bit squeaky, but not too loud. While rooms look to be freshly renovated, the lobby and corridor are looking a bit dated.
The location of the hotel is only 7 min walk from Central station and Bergamo airport shuttle stop. The staff was friendly and professional. I stayed in the annex building, in the single room, was clean and had everything essential. Mini bar had two bottles of water a lemonade and cola, free of charge.

BelgiumBreakfast was a real disappointment. Surprisingly, sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs were OK, but cappuccino, croissants, orange juice or fresh fruits were not. Head for an average bar for a better Italian breakfast experience.
Comfortable, clean, well-equipped hotel with friendly staff. Perfect for a one-night stay-over considering the vicinity of the central train station.

The property has 2 buildings, I stayed at the annex across the street from the main building. The staff was very pleasant and escorted me to my room. The room was adequate with nice toiletries, and the location was close to the central train station and metro line.
